General Information

Swisse Ceramides B3 Daily Balance Moisturiser is designed to deliver immediate and sustained skin hydration while keeping breakouts under control. This lightweight, multi-tasking formulation combines niacinamide to improve skin hydration, texture and tone, and zinc sulfate to help control excess sebum. It also contains ceramides to help maintain a healthy skin barrier. Suitable for all skin types including acne-prone, it can be used both morning and night for a clear and smooth complexion.

Used 2-3 pumps for face and neck, smelled pleasant. Instantly absorbed in my skin, it felt smooth. Layered well with makeup, sunscreen or oils at night. I didn’t have any pilling issue which is win for me. I had a rough spot on skin, and applying an extra layer really helped soothe and nourish my skin, and restored my barrier. Winner for me. I love the fact that it contains B3, and it does help reduce my blemishes and make my skin look and feel smooth and less shiny. It is fantastic for oily, combination or sensitive skin. With my sensitive skin it doesn't leave me feeling tight or dry on my less oily areas. I love the package size too – finally a moisturiser bigger than 50ml! The scent is very pleasant as well. I would recommend this product.

The fact that the moisturiser comes out of a pump bottle is something I prefer cause you can control the amount you’re using and you’re not constantly touching the product with your fingers. My skin feels hydrated when using it and I feel like the ingredients have helped better my skin and made it more glowy and removed the unwanted textures. I would highly recommend this moisturiser, even with combination/oily skin cause it didn’t clog my pores at all!

It’s more gel like in texture and is really great for my dry and sensitive skin. I layer it in the morning after my other steps and prior to a cream sunscreen. The gel like texture makes it fantastic for those who prefer ‘wetter’ products rather than a heavy emollient. It’s light and refreshing in scent, non irritating and I have found that my skin feels moisturised at the same time the texture seems to have increased markedly. However, I have been using this in conjunction with the swisse 0.1% retinol serum so am not sure if it’s that which is making the difference. I love this moisturiser and highly recommend it for day time and for during the summer esp for oily people but also for dry skin where u want something to layer nice with your other skincare and also sit nice under sunscreen and make up.

I did not use it together with the swisse daily balance salicyclic acid cleansing gel as i had a reaction to it. But after a week using the moisturiser, my face feels so much more hydrated and soft/silky to touch! My face is usually dry when i wake up in the mornings, but not with this. The cream is white with a good consistency, which doesnt feel thick when you apply it. Once applied, i can feel a slight tingle/cooling sensation that lasts a couple of minutes (not sure what that is or if it is normal?) I also like the scent of the cream, which is like a cool sweet cucumber scent - refreshing and sweet.

Normally I put Niacinamide serum on before applying moisturiser but this moisturiser already has Niacinamide in there so that’s a step I’m able to skip which makes my skincare routine a lot quicker. Have been using this with the Salicylic Acid Cleansing Gel and I have noticed a huge improvement with my skin, less breakouts, it looks and feels so much healthier. I am always getting compliments on how nice my skin looks lately. Would highly recommend it to others. 😊

It pairs great with the BHA 2% and helps a heap with breakouts. I have sensitive combination skin, and often after skincare my skin can feel super oily. I like that this moisturiser leaves my skin hydrated without any oily film. The scent for the moisturiser wasn’t as prominent as the cleanser, and I didn’t take much notice of it.

It is light and easily absorbed, it feels enough in its own but can be applied after serums as well . I have been using this for 3 weeks now and I feel my breakouts have improved and my skin looks brighter, I am very happy with this moisturiser and will continue to use!

My breakouts feel much more under control, and my skin feels smoother and more nourished. After researching zinc sulphate, I believe that it regulates shine, refines pores, and keeps everything in harmony.I'm able to keep my skin barrier healthy because to this lotion. Unquestionably a keeper for my regimen!

Very light texture which absorbs into the skin very quickly, leaving it hydrated and supple without any sticky residue. I noted with consistent use my skin was more hydrated & my skin tone appeared more even. It has a nice smooth, thin texture that feels light on the skin and didn't make my face excessively oily nor dry. I don't mind that it doesn't have much of a fragrance and found that it helped reduce the onset of acne breakouts. I've had trouble finding a moisturiser that works for my skin and this is definitely a top contender. It would also be good if some SPF sun protection could be added to the formulation.

I also wear makeup daily. I have been using this moisturiser daily for a number of weeks. I was hoping to find a thick cream that absorbed well but didn't leave my skin greasy. I was looking for a hit of moisture and found that with this product. I wouldn't say the moisturiser is super thick - it's actually very light but it packs a punch. It keeps my skin hydrated throughout the day and feels nice on the skin, without leaving a white cast or making me feel oily. I really love the packaging too!

This is lightweight and doesn't clog my skin leaving it feeling fresh and airy. I do have some larger pores around my nose and checks that make up like to sit in, I found that using this cleanser it helped to minimise them and look better.

I've looked into Zinc sulfate and I think the Zinc sulfate is keeping everything balanced, refining pores and controlling shine.This product is helping me maintain a healthy skin barrier. Definitely a keeper in my routine!
