I remember how Kotex used to be a very old-fashioned brand, but now it has really changed to target the younger market. Very good!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Heavy Flow Girlies [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pads were massive, however they were actually really comfortable and you could barely even feel them, it just felt like my undies were a little padded. I am lucky enough to not need this with flow, but it still allowed me to sleep with piece of mind and no stress of leakage. Overall great product and would recommend to people with a heavy flow.

Always loved pads with wings better. Because of it being wider this helps the wings stick and stay in place better than regular pads wings. It is slightly challenging getting the pad stuck down in the right place as it's so long. These are much longer especially at the back. If you're a back sleeper these are perfect. Although I found it's only a little longer than normal at the front it may not be perfect all night for heavy periods if you're a front sleeper. I liked the unique extra protection in the middle section that made the pad feel much more softer and comfortable to wear. Overall these performed well over 5 hours.

They are much longer and wider than my usual pad, providing me with extra coverage. The extra length accompanied by the wings ensures I do not leak, no matter how much I twist and turn during my sleep. Not only do they provide such great coverage, but they are also very comfortable to wear – something I do not find usual with other overnight pads. Highly recommend for those heavier nights.

They are incredibly absorbent and kept me feeling dry and comfortable throughout the night. The wings helped to keep the pad securely in place and prevent any leaks. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had medium/heavy periods for over 10 years and have always struggled to find a pad that goes from front to back that has full coverage that isn’t a nappy, to be able save my clothes and bed sheets being stained. I’ve never been able to find that product until now! These pads are absolutely amazing. They have a wide coverage at the front, slightly larger than average cover through the middle and wide coverage again at the back. I feel completely leakproof in these pads and there extremely comfortable as well!! They are so long and wide but are still thin like a ‘regular’ pad, maybe the tiniest bit thicker. If I was having an extremely heavy day, I would wear these out and about during the day with jeans or track pants. These will defiantly be a product I always have a packet of.

Which is so unlike some other single use sanity products which won’t stick at all to certain material underwear, shift around with movement, etc. These pads were ultra absorbent, great for overnight use on a heavy flow, or perhaps for those post-partum as well. Really good product to have on hand.
