Directions

Invigorating Shampoo 
Use once or twice a week, depending on the condition of your hair and scalp. Apply to damp hair, massage into scalp and rinse well. Two cleanses are recommended; the first to remove excess product build up and the second to thoroughly cleanse and treat the hair and scalp. Follow with the Nourishing Conditioner
Use three to four pumps into hands, and lather in hair. Repeat the process for thick hair

Nourishing Conditioner
Apply generously after Invigorating Shampoo, leave in for a couple of minutes then rinse clean
Use three to four pumps into hands then work through hair
