Rated 5 out of 5 by from Deep Clean those blackheads Thank you BeautyHeaven and Biore for sending me The Original Deep Cleansing Pore Strips and a few Limited Edition Designs for trailing. I do have oily skin which is prone to both blackheads and pimples so a product like this is great for me. This product comes in a box of 6 individually wrapped and sealed nose strips (sealed so that they don't get wet before you need to use them). Both the carboard box and the individual nose strip wrappers have the instructions of how to use them therefore if you destroy the box you have not lost the instructions. I recommend that you need to follow the instructions as per the pack but there is thing I will recommend differently from the pack is that you need to ensure that you have not just washed your face but also lightly exfoliated / rubbed your nose to ensure that you have removed all old/dead skin that may just be hanging around that a light wash has not gotten rid of. Why you might ask? If you do not get rid of the top layer of old/dead skin then often that dead skin will cover your pores and your pore strip will only attach to and remove the dead skin and not your blackheads (and therefore wasting the strip and your nose will to too raw to try another strip). But do ensure that you have not been too harsh with the removal of the old/dead skin or else your skin will be too raw and using this may lead to damage to you skin (ie redness). The other step you need to pay a lot of attention to is to press it down so that it adheres to you skin / blackheads, I've had a couple of instances where I missed a spot as I have not been attentive enough when ensuring that it has been applied well. Sometimes if I don't believe that my nose is wet enough I also add a few drops of water to the top side of the strip to ensure that I have every chance of adhesion occurring successfully. In regards to the limited edition designs, they are cute but not any more appealing as they work the same as the original. Seeing the blackheads which have adhered to the pore strip after peeling this pore strip off is very satisfying just remember that they won't get rid of everything but if you desperately want to get rid of more, what is left behind is also loosened up so they are much easier to extract by other methods. I wouldn't use this any more often than once a week. Made in Japan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cute packaging and a reliable old time product I remember when these strips were all the rage! I used to use these monthly! Now that I use BHA's, I don't need them as often. However, everyone still gets blackheads no matter how much acids you may use. I wear sunscreen every day and makeup so no matter how much I use BHA serums now, I still get blackheads and have to squeeze them. Squeezing them means I damage the and irritate my upper skin, and can be scarred for a few days after. So I find these strips still appealing to use as they are a non-obtrusive way to remove all the blackheads on my nose area. These are always easy to use and just require wetting it and sticking it to the nose. There are just the right amount of grooves in it that it conforms to the nose really well. It dries well and removes just the blackheads without irritating the skin. I will repurchase and use these monthly.

This product will not stop the problem of blackheads forming but it sure does go a long way to improve the self-esteem of a super self conscious teen. No problem with sensitivity or a messy bathroom basin. Quick and easy to use.

Doesn’t tickle coming off but those tiny blackheads I have in the nasal folds came straight out. Looks like fuzz on the strip but wow so smooth and no blackheads. Face tingled for about 30 mins after but don’t care. Was so easy and 100% effective

I suffer from enlarged pores on the nose and trying to clean them out properly is always a large process, but since using these strips they have helped 100%

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Efficiently clean your pores I've been using this pore strip for few years now. At first, I don't think it helps in removing anything from my nose pores. However, after knowing how to properly use it, I fell in love with this pore strip. It clings very well to my skin. After it dries, I can feel that the strip pulls out a lot of impurities from deep inside my pores. I can even see the result every single time I use this pores strip. It does not dry my skin out as I usually rinse off, apply witch hazel and straight away apply some moisturiser.

We were both amazed at the 'gunk' that they extracted from his skin.... around the nose area. You can actually see the dirt on the strips when they are dry and you slowly pull them off the skin. Now we both use them every once in a while, especially when we want to look our best and we may be 'up close and personal'. They are amazing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't get enough i have been using these strips for a few years now and i don't think ill stop. i try and use these weekly as i wear makeup nearly everyday i need to make sure my skin and pores are always clean and clear of makeup residue. Even though my Skin care routine is very intense i.e. oil emulsifier, sonic face brush and a daily scrub, i still find my pores on my nose are never fully clean and these strip really "cling" onto my nose and mange to deeply clean those nasty pores on my noise haha. Would defiantly recommend making sure you nose is wet and really pushing the strip into your nose to make sure you cover every pore. The only downfall is that it does hurt to pull it off but it doesn't make you nose red or irritated.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Guaranteed the best strip on the market Biote was the very first brand of pore strip I ever purchased out of all the different brands of pore strips I've tried, they are by far the best. The little slits to help get a nice snug fit on your nose ensures that you can shape your pore strip to the exact shape needs without missing any areas. I've never been disappointed with these strips, I always have a packet in my bathroom cupboard. And while some people may prefer using electronic pore cleaners, I personally don't see the appeal in using a device that is likely to cause capillaries to rupture, resulting in bright red blotches under the skin.

Why make the problem worse, especially when it's so easy to pull off a deepdown clean? These strips instantly lock onto and lift out deepdown dirt and oil that can cause blackheads, for the deepest clean. When used weekly, you will have fewer clogged pores and the appearance of pores will actually diminish. Dermatologist tested. Hypo-allergenic. An additional step in the beauty regime for a deep cleanse. Initial thoughts on viewing the product: This box gives me the giggles. The top half is white and simple with just the brand name, but the centre is the real feature, with these cute bubbles and a lady’s face. She’s got a Mona Lisa smile and a nose strip, some bright pink bubbles around her and you know what, those bubbles are to give the illusion of cleaning! Hey! That’s what she’s doing! Thoughts on application: When I first saw these, many many years ago, I thought them to be some kind of weird torture device. You’re pulling what out of your face? Keep in mind, this was when I was a kid. I now know better and I want this to be done. Stat! Each box contains seven individually wrapped strips, with each wrapper labelled with copious instructions and it comes with a little slit in the side to make it easier to open. For any newbies, you want to make sure your face is clean before you get started, and everything is dry, including working surfaces. If your strip is wet before you get started, then you will need a new strip! Say no to waste! Open the strip wrapper and remove the strip. You will see the top and bottom of the nose strip has three indented cuts in it; you want to gently separate these cuts as it will make sure they will sit on your nose better. The top part of the strip is where the strip is scalloped. The bottom part of the strip is where it is slightly ballooned (and will sit over the end of your nose). Put your strip down, then dampen your nose with a few drops of water, making sure you go into the crevices and on either side of your nose towards the cheek (or the strip won’t stick). Dry your hands, remove the backing plastic and then stick that sucker on. Pat it down and leave it for ten to fifteen minutes It’s during this time I like to multi-mask the rest of my face (otherwise my eyes feel dry and the rest of my face gets a bit tight). Plus it’s fun. Why should your nose get all the joy?! If you have never used a nose strip before, or if it’s been a while since you’ve used one, removing the nose strip is going to either sting or be painful, so prepare yourself. Your eyes might water! If this is the case, you want to stick to the time limit and no more. Once the strip is fully dry and hardened, you know it’s time to suck it up and get it done. You want to gently lift the outer edge on both sides with a fingernail. Then hold the skin of one cheek taut with one hand, and gently peel the nose strip off with the other hand. If one side is getting a bit too much to take, then switch sides. Honestly, once you get to the bridge of your nose, it’s all gravy from there. The best part is looking at your nose strip to see how much gunk you’ve managed to pull out. Regular use shows a dramatic improvement in your pores, honestly. Plus if you’ve had a week where you wore very dramatic makeup and didn’t do a good cleanse, trust me it will show in your nose strip! This product is an excellent indicator of what is going on environmentally and with your skincare routine. I personally don’t think you need to use them every three days but every couple of weeks is a good way to go.

I was a little hesitant because I really like my normal ones, but these ones are incredible! I use a pore strip after washing off a charcoal mask, which helps to draw everything to the surface and makes it easier for the pore strip to grip onto everything. I notice a huge difference using them a pore strip after my charcoal mask. The pore strip pulls out way more dirt and gross stuff from my nose! It actually takes me a minute to stop staring at it and marveling at the amount of yuck that has come out of the pores on my nose. All in all; amazing product!

I find after using this product to remove my black/white heads on nose and chin, it brings other deeper black/white heads to the surface where then you can extract them as suit. I was able to buy it at my local pharmacist, for around $14 Australian dollars and it was definitely worth the price!!

The pore strips are usually made to be used either across the top of your nose or other problem areas such as your forehead or chin. The only place on my face that needs help is my nose therefore I only use it there To use the pore strip I cleanse my face, then wet my nose before peeling of the backing and applying the pore strip shiny down side onto my nose, pressing it into the grooves down the edges of my nose (where lots of the yucky stuff is).<br />After about 10-15 minutes (once the strip has dried on) I slowly peel the strip from my nose and I can see the gunk which has been pulled out of your pores….gross yet satisfying! I find that things that makes the pore strip less effective are:<br />1.Not using it on a cleansed face – it will more likely not stick due to the oils on my face<br />2.Not exfoliating my skin often enough – it will mostly pull of dead skin cells<br />3.Not moisturing often enough – if my skin is dry it will more likely pull of the dry skin rather than the blackheads A great product which does as expected.

Coconut oil hair mask, nose strip, hair removal and body moisturiser application on a Sunday night. The strips are for big blackhead sufferers as if you o lay have a few it probably won't be as satisfying when the strip comes off. This product does a excellent job of clearing the built up congestion around the nose area however I find that it is skincare the reduces the amount of blackheads over all. If no attention to the products being used is being paid then you need to keep using products like these which are literally a bandaid and do nothing to prevent their existence in the first place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for oily/clogged pores:) I have always suffered with a very oily nose and I have finally found my solution!! These pore strips are so amazing!! They effectively removes blocked pores and unclog any dirt left in them:) The only downside is they do hurt when taking them off, but it is for a very short period and it's bearable! I have very sensitive skin and I found that these pore strips don't cause any irritation:)

I can't say I have a lot of blackheads, but I do notice after use my skin on my nose feels smooth and visibly looks a lot better. Never had much issue with applying, I rip it off quickly and once or twice have residue left which is easily washed off in warm water

These strips do what they're supposed to; that's why I keep repurchasing them, & that's why they've attained cult status Each pore strip is sealed in its own foil sachet, which reduces mess. The simple instructions, with diagrams, are on the back of the box as well as on each foil sachet Cleanse & rinse your face, leaving it wet. DRY YOUR HANDS, then tear open a sachet. There are tiny slits which you have to tear open, to contour to the curves of your nose. The strips have a little bit of stretch to them too, making for a perfect fit. Starting from the centre, attach the dry strip to your wet nose. Leave until it's dry to touch, about 10-15 minutes, then slowly peel off, starting at the edges. I pull both sides off together, the last bit to come free is the centre of my nose. Give your face another rinse if you have a few little bits of white sticking to your face It's pretty disgusting to look at the pore strip after removing it: all that gunk was in your face! Yet it proves that the strips are doing something. Made in Japan INGREDIENTS: Polyquaternium-37, Silica, Aqua, Glycerin, Polysilicone-13, PEG-12 Dimethicone, Methylparaben, Aluminum Hydroxide, Butylene Glycol, Stearyl Glycyrrhetinate, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Extract, CI 77891.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Goss but satisfying! First of all the packaging, Everything comes in a little box with the strips inside individually wrapped which is handy, instructions are also included. These pore strips also have a slight fragrance once they have made contact with water but I find it to be slightly floral and nothing to over powering.<br />I have visible black dots all over my noise where I have black heads so needless to say this product is a must!<br />I find that I achieve better results if I first scrub my noise with a course sand scrub such as the ones in the St Ives brand and then wet a face washer with very hot water and rest that on my noise for a few minutes to make sure all my pores are open. I then place the pore strip on my noise and let it dry. When you remove it there will be little black heads stuck all over the pore strip (gross but satisfying)<br />after the pore strip has been taken off put toner on your noise to make your pores close or alternatively rub ice on you noise for 30 seconds to close up those pores to prevent further blockage.<br />This product does a grate job with safely removing all those stubborn black heads on your noise IF you prep your noise properly you will have even better results but even with out all that fuss they still work, so this product is really a win win for me.<br />The only con I have is that the strip is a bit too long on the sides and the top half of the strip covers some of the sensitive skin under my eyes so I have to fold it back the tiniest bit so it don't hurt my under eyes, but I can live with that seeing as this product delivers superior results!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Pore strip on the market These were the first pore strips I ever used and in fact were the only ones I could find on the market for a long time. I've since used a few others but these still stand as my number on favourite. They always managed to grab onto and pull all the black and white heads out of my nose, and they honestly don't even hurt to remove, unlike others I've used.
