Helps relieve symptoms of premenstrual tension

DIRECTIONS 
Adults: Take one tablet daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed. 
ACTIVE Ingredients 
Each tablet contains: 
Pyridoxine hydrochloride 121.6mg 
  equiv. to Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 100mg 
No added sugar, lactose, yeast, dairy products, preservatives, artificial flavours or sweeteners. 
WARNINGS 
This product must not be directed to individuals below 19 years of age. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6]. 
If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Vitamins can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
