Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great taste and texture [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been on the lookout for nice tasting gummy vitamins for ages and these were a really good option. Strong orange flavour (would love to have a berry option too!), really good texture - I often find gummies a bit plasticy, but these were really good - a bit like a jelly baby. I'm not sure they really helped with my muscles at all, but I'm going to continue talking them and see how they build up in my system.

I didn't feel a huge difference in myself but perhaps I'd need to yake it for longer. I probably wouldn't buy this product as I didn't feel the benefits.

I was very interested in the product as I have been looking for ways to increase my magnesium intake. Unfortunately, I really did not notice much of a difference in my health or muscle/nerve function. I have found there are other products that I prefer to use, which deliver more noticeable results.

I can't stand the texture of the gummy, and found the orange flavouring unpleasant and unpalatable - was unable to even make it to a week of use.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not for me [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking the Swisse Magnesium Gummies for 2 weeks and haven't noticed any difference in my muscle function. Maybe they need to take a longer time to build up in my system to see results. I love the taste of the gummies and how easy to digest. I've noticed that Magnesium citrate is at the top of the list of ingredients which is a good sign that the product has potential. It is basically an electrolyte/salt that the body needs after an exercise. It. I love that it has no added sugar or artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners. Overall I haven't experienced any muscle relaxation or boost in my muscle function.

The flavour is off-putting and makes my stomach turn, the gummies don't break down quickly meaning you have to chew and chew and chew before they even fall apart in your mouth. Then when they do break apart they're all just separated into little smaller, slimy bits. I had to throw the entire container out. I didn't expect them to taste like lollies, but I also didn't think they'd be so gross. Sorry Swisse, you've got great products but this isn't one of them!
