Being always sceptical about “natural” products I took part in this trial with a dose of apprehension. I was positively surprised though. The deodorant is powerful enough to replace my usual, strong roll ons and it smells delicious. Many people suggested it smells masculine but it’s just sandalwood in it (it is fairly common in male perfumes but not exclusive to them!) I also absolutely love the type of spray. I feel it doesn’t waste any product as it’s a “wet” spray rather than an aerosol. I’d definitely buy it again once I run out of my current products. I’ll probably try the other scents but just out of curiosity rather than to find replacement for this scent. Overall it was surprisingly positive experience!

The Sandalwood & Citrus scent is quite strong, for the first second the smell made me think I was putting on a body spray/perfume! But the strong scent doesn’t linger around that you it inhalso it doesn’t bother me. Most important of all, it works its magic, so you get best of both worlds - non-sticky, non-stinky & you smell wonder! As for the packaging, I love how it has the ‘Lock’ turner so it’s safe for travelling (no need to worry about the liquid leaking), plus it’s not too huge - extra point for convenience!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressive spray consistency, enjoyable to apply [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Schmidt's Natural Deodorant Spray Sandalwood & Citrus is great for anyone looking for a natural deodorant with a noticeable fragrance.I’ve never use a natural deodorant before but now that I’ve tried one I’ll keep using them and I’d recommend that others give them a try. I found the fragrance a little too strong for my preference, but if they released one with a more neutral scent I’d purchase it straight away. The packaging is great and a good size to put in my bag. I really like that you don’t need to shake the can before use, and the consistency of the spray is really nice, it’s like a fine mist. The fragrance lasts for hours and I feel fresh all day, but it doesn’t stop sweat so I reapply in the afternoon to freshen up. I really like that it’s nitrogen propelled which is good for the environment and the fragrances are all from natural sources. Overall, I’d definitely keep using this if there was a milder fragranced option or maybe a fruity scent, as it’s quite enjoyable to apply and the fact that it’s natural and good for the environment makes it really appealing to me. I’d recommend giving it a try.

The non-aerosol feature is super easy to use, giving you perfect control and even, thorough coverage. I loved the scent which smelled fresh and lasted well throughout the day, successfully masking odours - even in summer. I also found this deodorant was very effective at keeping my underarms dry, despite not containing any antiperspirant ingredients. I was also really pleased that I could use it after shaving without irritation. In the past I have experienced adverse reactions and rashes from natural deodorants but this did not dry me out or cause any irritation whatsoever after using it daily for two weeks. I would not hesitate in recommending this product to others, particularly if natural ingredients are important to them.

I was worried it wouldn't last as long as a traditional deodorant because Ive tried a few organic/natural brands that have fallen short. Its Summer in QLD at the moment so Ive definitely been sweating and this deodorant has worked great. It's nice to know there's no harmful chemicals to worry about too. Id buy it again and recommend it to my friends and family. I hope they come out with more scents because Im not too keen on lavender and rose. This sandalwood and citrus is nice, not too overpowering.

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the fragrance as well as the longevity of the product. I have given 4 stars instead of 5 as it didn’t last as long as I would have liked but still impressed. I noticed I got approx 6 hours of wear before feeling like I needed to reapply during the day, keeping in mind this is in the middle of summer and I live in central west NSW. This deodorant has held up against 35 degree weather so gains a thumbs up for that. I recommend this product for anyone looking for a fresh and clean feel and scent. The packaging is simple yet effective and hints towards the fragrance of this particular deodorant.

I love the natural list of ingredients and the packaging design — the fragrance was a nice alternative to the others on the market, especially not being the common “linen fresh”. The spray was easy to use and I felt that it helped minimise sweat and smell but I would like to try it before a hard workout session to test its effectiveness and durability. I apply less quantity of it as it’s a strong natural scent. And to be very honest, I would say it’s a deodorant that actually works. It keeps me smell good through out the day and important part, does not leave a white mark on my clothes. Also, it didn’t feel too gritty in other words sticky or greasy. I love the sandalwood & Citrus scent its really calming and since I have used deodorants in the past, trust me this is the right choice. It will keep you fresh throughout the day without any stickiness or marks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product.... different smell [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited for this one as I have been on the look out for a vegan, natural (no aluminium) deodorant for a long time now with not a lot of success. The bottle is really nice and presentable and on the smaller side which means it is good for everyday use as well as travelling! Upon first use I was impressed with the application, no need to shake and a proper mist which is cooling and has good coverage and was not a paste! My under arms did't feel sticky or as though there was a lot of unnecessary product under my arms. It also didn't leave any marks on my clothes which is a huge plus as many Deodorants leave a film on my clothes I sampled the sandalwood and citrus one which - the scent I was not a huge fan of but would happily use the lavender or rose one (not a lover of sandalwood), there was very little citrus in the scent. If this could be balanced out a bit better, it would improve the smell of this product in particular.In terms of keeping me smell free it was amazing - its not an antiperspirant which is great! humans are supposed to sweat. I didn't feel like I smelt at all and didn't need to re-apply at all, I will certainly be buying it again as it worked really really well - I'll just be buying a different scent. It is nice to see the industry progressing to take out nasties from the products and making sure they are all animal friendly.

The place where I lived is quite humid lately so I was happy to give another deodorant a try since I haven’t been happy with other brands As for the smell, I kept trying to like it and thought I would get use to it, But unfortunately I couldn’t get use to to it. Normally the scents I buy are floral scents and this isn’t the vibe for me. I would definitely buy the other scents to trial them out since it was the only issue I had with this deodorant :) very happy with Schmidt’s natural deodorant once you find the scent that suits your personal preferences.

Completely different to a standard deodorant, and not overpowering. The lockable lid and size of the can is excellent for travel and doesn’t take up much space in the bathroom. Being a natural deodorant, it takes a few days for your body to adapt to it, if you are willing to be a bit smelly for a few days it’s definitely worth it. The aerosol mist isn’t as powerful as other brands, but that’s a good thing.. it feels light. Thankfully it leaves no white marks on clothing too!

I also liked that it’s in an aerosol can so it’s an easy application. I didn’t love the feel of it when you first apply it however once it dried, it felt fine. I also wasn’t a fan of the smell when you initially apply it, it’s quite strong and masculine however I found that throughout the day the smell settled quite nicely to a scent I liked. I would definitely purchase on of the other scents in the future.

I tried this for a week, the fragrance is long lasting, but the scent is quite strong. When I was wearing this, it was not subtle and quite obvious to those around me, maybe due to the sandalwood. The bottle is a good size to take on the go, and due to the fine mist and potency one bottle would last a long time. The only fault i have with the packaging is that it could come with a lid. I would still use this every day but I don't think I would purchase this scent.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Masculine but effective [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did like the fragrance of this product however it was more on the masculine side as far as scents go and I was surprised by how strong it was for a natural product. I can be quite sensitive to smells, so I did find it a little on the overpowering side. I often find the natural deodorants come in sticks/roll ons so it was nice to see an alternative that took the more traditional form in the spray can. The product distributes evenly and you don't have that waiting time waiting for it to dry like some others. It didn't leave any marks on my clothes, and it did seem to work well, however, I am a long time user of natural deodorants so my body is well adapted to them, they can take some time to get used to. The lock on the lid was a great feature - as someone who often is out and about, this feature is awesome. I often throw some deodorant in a bag when out for a day at the beach or a weekend trip so this feature is nice for peace of mind.

The deodorant doesn’t leave stains on your clothes and leave white streaks of powder. Bottle is slim and small. Good to have it on the go. Wood be perfect to bring to outdoor activities. The mist is fine and easy to use. A little disappointed that the scandal wood scent was overpowering the citrus smell. If you are sensitive to smell then this is not the product for you. Overall, the product does a wonderful job of covering body odour without leaving stains. Only downfall is the strong scent, if you can stand long lasting strong scent then you should try it out.

The packaging is amazing quite compact in size and fairly long lasting. Can easily fit in medium size bag for gym/work. The spray is a fine mist that covers a wide surface area. It also does not leave any white marks. The only thing I was not fond of was the sandalwood and citrus scent. The scent was strong and masculine which is not something I usually go for, would have loved to try out the rose scent. I would definitely recommend this product as it is easy to use and as effective as normal deodorants and those who prefer a more masculine scent.

It has got very pleasant fragnace but it could be better. Good thing about this deo is that it is made from natural ingredients and it will not harm the skin. Moreover it doesn't left the white marks after applying.all the ingredients are natural. So it gives natural fragnace Package size is good to carry anywhere. But it should have different closure or hve cap over it. Overall i like the fragrance and size of bottle.. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Long lasting and gentle formula [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is my first time to try a natural deodorant spray and honestly at the beginning I was not expecting it to be long lasting like how it actually performs. During summertime it can almost last for the whole day, which is pretty awesome for people with sweaty skin. I love the fact that this spray contains less nasties and harmful ingredients compared to a lot of other deodorant sprays. My armpit can be quite sensitive sometimes but the formula of this one seems gentle enough as it has not caused any irritation or sensitivity since day one. Personally I hope that the citrus scent can be a bit stronger as I’m a big fan for this tone and believe that citrusy spray can smell great in summer. However the scent is still lovely and I’m very keen on trying the other ones from this range.

The fragrance lasted all day even after some of Sydney’s finest 30°+ days. Being a natural deodorant it feels a little different when applied and it took me a while to remember not to shake the can. I would like to smell the other 2 fragrances in this range as I probably wouldn’t by the sandalwood and citrus, but I usually prefer a more feminine scent. Would be great for someone who prefers a strong natural scent to go with their natural deodorant.

I have never used natural deodorant and this was such a pleasant first, the fresh smell lasts all day. The light mist was really nice too, it’s really refreshing in the morning and as someone who normally sweats from the gym and running around at work, this kept my underarms dry and smelling amazing all day. There were no white marks left on my shirts like with other deodorants. I would definitely recommend to family and friends and I will be buying again!

It's super lightweight though, and it doesn't leave any white stains on your clothes or your skin. I like that it's lockable at the top so you can carry it with you when nessesary. It does keep you fresh and dry under your pits all day, witch is what you look for when buying one. I'd be interested to dry some other smells, something more fresh and light from this brand. I was sceptical about a deodorant with "natural" ingridients would keep the smell away but it does.

You don't need to shake it like standard spray deodorants but instead just spray directly on. At first, this was a bit weird to get used to but eventually I did. When you spray it, it does feel a lot wetter than standard aerosol deodorants and I did make a few wet patches which is a little annoying but they dried fairly quickly. The smell is good and not overpowering or getting into your nose to make you sneeze. It did seem to last quite a while but I often found I needed to reapply at the end of the day so not quite living up to the claims of how long it lasts for. But definitely one of the nicest natural deodorants I've tried!

I found it to be a little sticky on first application, but again, does settle nicely. I’d have to say I would have preferred one of the other fragrances, however I definitely think it’s a great product considering the convenience of it being aerosol and the fact that it’s organic. I would definitely try/purchase one of the other fragrances in the future to see how it compares.

I was impressed with the product being in a lockable lid, this way I feel like I can take it away with me without leaking. The biggest problem I had with this product was the smell. I thought there would be more citrus, but instead I was greeted with the more masculine sandalwood. The smell did last a lot of the day, so I was impressed by that. However I would not buy again just due to not liking the scent. I would be open to trying other scents as I like the natural products listed in the spray

It is also vegan and most importantly the spray technology is eco friendly! Be mindful that you do not need to shake the product before use. The deodorant dries quickly and leaves no white marks. I personally love the spray mechanism of this product it feels like a beauty mist/setting spray. I have tried natural deodorants before and I would recommend this natural product. The only thing I did not like was the scent. The Sandalwood and citrus was very strong, a little too masculine for my preference. For those who like long lasting scents, throughout the day I could continually smell the scent every time I lifted my arms. However, I was very pleased with how well this product worked. I would purchase this again but in a different scent.

I thought the packaging was super cute and the product itself was a cool and unique concept having a sprat-on deodorant with an eco friendly aerosol. Other natural deodorants I have tried previously have been hit or miss, with the scent often being quite strong but not doing anything to actually mask body odour or only lasting for a couple of hours. I found the Schmidts's Natural Deodorant Spray to last an entire work day and performed better than the Schmidt's stick alternatives. I love that this was both vegan and cruelty free also. The only negative i had for this product was the scent, which I wasn't the biggest fan of (my male partner was a big fan of the scent however). I am keen to try the other two scents as both rose and lavender would be more my style.

The bottle is a good size, small enough to keep in your purse but large enough to not have to repurchase every 2 weeks. It's a fine mist, didn't mark or stain my clothes which were great! In terms of protection it certainly kept the BO at bay. I just didn't love the scent. It's not that it's unpleasant. It's just more of a masculine scent and is really strong. I prefer more soft delicate smelling deodorant to not overpower me. This is great for my boyfriend though so I will be gifting this to him. Certainly interested in trying the other scents as perhaps they would be more suitable for me.

I have used natural ones in the past and not been happy with the amount of odour it shields, however I found the lasting power on this one very strong and I could easily go all day without touching up. I really enjoyed the eco spray nozzle, it has a very wide mist which is quick and easy to use. I also love the packaging of these products, it's very sleek and well designed. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the scent I was given to trial. I prefer more sweet scented deodorants and felt that the citrus and sandalwood scent was leaning more on the masculine side. So if you do prefer to have more of a traditional unisex scent I would recommend this one! I definitely would buy this again but would be interested in trying the vanilla and rose as it sounds more appealing to me. Over all I am very happy with the product, it's definitely exceeded my expectations.

You’ll find this natural spray lasts you all day, from the sweatiest of days to lounging days around the house, with the scent lingering hours after application. The spray nozzle on this one will take a while to get used to although will not won’t cause any spray burns. The sleek packaging of the can is a great addition to anyone’s bathroom, with a beautiful design and feel. Will be purchasing in all the scents! Love love love this spray alternative to roll on natural deodorant.
