Suffering from light incontinence has always been embarrasing, however these underwear has given me confidence - especially as they absorb odours as well.

The actual pant design is comfortable. The leg holes don't pull your skin and are not too tight. The design of the absorption pad is generous and not bulky. The pad absorbs a generous amount of fluid, I was very impressed and will leave you feeling dry and comfortable for long periods. They hold the fluid absorbed securely and there didn't seem to be an issue with smell. All up they were useful and utilitarian. Basic with no imagination or colour. This is my only issue with products like this for women. Why do we suddenly become basic white - which I might add can show through on some of your darker clothes. No you have the system right make them a joy to wear. Overprinting the outside layer would be very pleasig

They are comfortable as if I am wearing nothing at all. They keep you dry. I love the fact they are so discreet under clothing. I will definitely buy this and use when I have long days out or sick of wearing pads.

The packaging was compact and quite discreet. The product was larger than expected and had the feel of a diaper but once they were on they were remarkably comfy.... Like large high rise pants. Not too bulky. I have a constant cough ta the moment which of course can lead to some bladder issues. I found that this product not only kept me dry and clean but also enabled me to not have to worry about any issues with leaks or problems with what to wear or needing to change underwear. I was very impressed and will most definitely buy these in the future. Do they come in black!?

I used these items for post-partum life, they worked perfectly, and lasted for 24 hours with a pad used in conjunction with them. Honestly, these were great. My one concern is the elastic on the inner thigh, but I also just have larger thighs, so that may be why!

Then I contracted Covid, and with a severe cough, Always Discreet Underwear Pants have been a lifesaver. I have been leaking a whole lot more than normal, Always Discreet have provided me with the extra protection I have needed. They are comfy enough and fit better than I expected. With Covid, I haven’t ventured out of the house in them as yet, but would be happy to if I needed to.
