It stretches & fits well at the waist. Overall, very comfortable. I am pleasantly surprised at the length of the pad; it goes up very high at the front & a generous size at the back. I do not leaked a lot so this is quite adequate for me & there was not much odour. I imagine it holds a lot more. Wore it the whole day & it held up well. This will be very useful to me when travelling; there were times when I barely held it when I reached a toilet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found Always Discreet Super plus underwear were nice and soft against my skin no irritation at all, they felt like I was just wearing normal underwear. They are actually like wearing boy leg underwear so you can wear the super plus pants with anything and still feel comfortable. They are super absorbent, I suffer bladder leakage and they kept me dry the elastic helped it from leaking. I found wearing them at night if I had an accident I knew I had the right underwear on. There was only 1 issue I had and that was the pad at the crotch area bunched up a little which made the back end of pad to sag. Overall I give them an 8 out of 10.

I did not experience very much bladder leakage, but all the moisture was absorbed effectively and there was absolutely no odour. Great product that gives you security and peace of mind!

She thought the sizing (medium) was a very comfortable fit for her being a usual size 14. Comfortable to wear with no areas digging in. The fabric was smooth and wonderful having 0% dyes and fragrances. I liked that it wasn’t produced with harsh chemicals for her skin. The absorbency was also great, contained everything with no leaks.

The actual pant design is comfortable. The leg holes don't pull your skin and are not too tight. The design of the absorption pad is generous and not bulky. The pad absorbs a generous amount of fluid, I was very impressed and will leave you feeling dry and comfortable for long periods. They hold the fluid absorbed securely and there didn't seem to be an issue with smell. All up they were useful and utilitarian. Basic with no imagination or colour. This is my only issue with products like this for women. Why do we suddenly become basic white - which I might add can show through on some of your darker clothes. No you have the system right make them a joy to wear. Overprinting the outside layer would be very pleasig

They are pretty comfortable and make me feel more secure going out. They are still a little visible under clothes depending on what you wear, but that is to be expected. Great brand and I’m hoping to use these after my pregnancy as well for bigger leakages.
