Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keeps you in Fasting Mode I love a cup of coffee in the morning and when I started IF, it was so difficult until I found this product. I have this in place of my coffee in the morning and it does not effect blood sugar or ketones and so my morning IF routine is not for nothing. The taste is different to normal coffee but it only took 3 or 4 days to get used to it.
