The gentle exfoliating beads did wonders in removing dead skin cells without being harsh on my skin. I loved how refreshed and smooth my skin felt after each use. The natural ingredients, like soy and kiwi complex, gave it a pleasant scent and left my skin looking brighter. It's not one of those scrubs that leaves your face feeling stripped; instead, it managed to balance exfoliation with hydration. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Leaves skin smooth for days [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually I'm not the biggest fan of body scrubs as they just feel like too much work for not the best results, but this has changed the game for me! The scrub had a nice balance of exfoliating seeds/beads and didn't feel like it scratched my skin or ruined the skin barrier (as other scrubs tend to do). This scrub exfoliated any dead skin and dryness away. leaving my legs an arms feeling smooth and moisturised for days (even if I forgot to apply moisturiser). My skin felt glowy and fresh after each use. I found that the scrub did not aggravate my sensitive skin or keratosis pilaris, and provided a soft and soothing exfoliation.

I’ve been struggling to find a way to exfoliate and keep my skin soft and smooth without irritating it. I am so happy I tried this! It doesn’t have any fragrance so no irritation there and it’s SO gentle. I was thinking it won’t do anything because it honestly didn’t feel like much when I was using it but after drying my skin and feeling I was so pleased. It left my skin extremely soft and smooth and didn’t irritate in any way. I will forever continue to use this and recommend. So in love!

I can get away without moisturising but I do get the occasional dry patch - this product was perfect for getting rid of just that! I love that this isn’t too course and just the right amount of graininess. It spreads easily and you don’t need to much of it for your full body. I usually use a scented body lotion after the shower so I love when products don’t have a strong smell that interferes with that. Overall I would recommend this to all skin types and would repurchase over and over!

It didn't over lather, but provided enough to gently wash may skin. It wasn't overly scented, more of a clean oat kind of smell and washed off nicely when showering. It left my skin clean yet not stripped making it ready for moisturizer to be applied after drying. I have very sensitive skin and it didn't make me react so a huge bonus. I will be continuing the use of this product. The product came in the standard Aveeno packing which is consistent with their branding. It was in a reasonable size tube so would last a fairly good amount of time before needing to re purchase. My skin improved in dryness over a period of time which I feel was contributed to by the use of this product. Being winter my skin is usually quite dry but given my skin senstivity I am restricted by certain products to use. I really enjoyed trialling this product and recommended my son and husband use it for their skin also, being a family fav!

I mainly used it on my arms and noticed a difference from the first time using it. It left my skin feeling so soft and so moisturised. It is exfoliating for dry skin and the product is not as all rough or bumpy. My hands feel so soft after using it too! I even tried it on my face when I ran out of product and I must say that it left my skin feeling so soft. I received numerous comments about how good my skin was feeling. Will definitely purchase this product again and would love it to be made into a face wash also!

The product is easy to use and dispenses well out of the packaging without leaving a mess in my shower. It applies smoothly onto the skin and washes off easily. The scrub is gentle and never feels harsh, so I've felt comfortable using it regularly. Used before shaving has been such a dream too - my legs have felt so soft and smooth! I've genuinely loved this scrub and will be buying another as soon as I run out.

In the past I've used coffee ground/salt scrubs to exfoliate - and while they feel nice afterwards, you can just tell that they are probably being too rough. This scrub hits that mark perfectly of being a scrub, without being too rough for sensitive skin. My skin felt smoother, and I noticed a reduction in pumps and bulid up over my body. I really enjoyed the scent as well - it wasn't too overpowering, but lovely there in the background. Such a great price point, I would happily repurchase.

The little granules spread so easily I used the size of a 10cent piece to start on my upper body and a 5 cent size piece for my legs and feet. Frangrance free I could smell a very mild oatmeal scent. The scrub rinsed off really well and easily. My skin felt really smooth and soft and not as rough or dry as it was before my first use. I enjoy being able to use it 3-4 days a week and will continue using and definitely repurchase this for my skin healthy. I would recommend this to everybody as it is suitable for sensitive skin.

This has been taking a toll on my legs which tend to be dryer than the rest of my body. The opportunity to sample the Aveeno Skin Renewal Scrub was great timing as I had been on the lookout for a new exfoliator to use. For testing purposes I mainly used this on my legs and feet because those were the tougher areas to soften and I was really impressed with the results. All the very dry skin on my leg had been gently scrubbed off leaving much softer skin underneath. My feet did take much longer to soften, however it can’t be helped as I do a lot of walking and standing up while at work or for exercise. I really enjoyed this gentle scrub and appreciated that there were no unnecessary fragrances added to it. I’m quite happy with this product and would be very happy to purchase it again.

I used it with the corresponding moisturising lotion over a month period to trial. After a week, I noticed that my skin was noticeably less bumpy and with the use of the lotion, my skin began to feel hydrated, smooth and silky. The consistency is gentle and the scrub is mild and not too abrasive but still exfoliated the skin nicely. I would definitely purchase again and recommend to my family and friends.

On application to my skin, it wasn't rough but quite gentle. After rubbing and washing off the exfoliater, my skin felt smooth and looked less bumpier. It also exfoliated well without drying my skin. It is not a harsh scrub but a pleasant scrub with less grit. It is odourless, and a small amount covers a good amount of body surface. I really liked this product and would be re-purchasing it. And if you're someone like me who doesn't like harsh exfoliaters, this product is it.

I’ve been using it on my legs which get so dry and scaly, and this removes all of the dead skin flakes off my legs. It also feels nice to use on my arms and on my back, which also has been dry and a little scaly. It’s one of the best exfoliating scrubs I’ve ever used. I also love how it’s fragrance free and it doesn’t irritate my skin whatsoever. This has truly become a lifesaver during the colder months where my skin is at its driest. I recommend people with dry, scaly or bumpy skin to give this product a try, because it’s well worth it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The Aveeno Skin Renewal Scrub [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Aveeno Skin Renewal Scrub was nice and some what easy to use, especially in conjunction with the AVEENO Skin Renewal Smoothing Lotion. However, The Aveeno Skin Renewal Scrub was not as pleasant to use. I found it extremely messy and hard to spread over my limbs. I tried using it dry, slightly wet and in the bath but i did not have much success. Maybe i was doing something wrong? I have used harder and much messier scrubs than this. But i just did not love it! The Aveeno Skin Renewal range was nice, but i much prefer the AVEENO Skin Renewal Smoothing Lotion on its own.

I have found the scrub has helped with this area but not completely removed bumps yet. I found the packaging easy to use and more hygienic than the usual tubs that shower scrubs come in. I found the amount of granules lacking for this scrub - I wish there were more larger/rougher granules so that it was a bit more ‘scrubby’ on rougher skin. Overall I enjoyed this product and would consider buying in future.

I’ve been using it on my legs which get very dry and scaly especially after I’ve been on holidays at the ocean or during winter. The scrub is gentle and it removed the dry skin off my legs. Using it all over my body leaves it feel soft and supple. It’s been a lovely exfoliating scrub and I’ve put my dad into it who suffers from very dry aged skin. I also love how it’s fragrance free and it doesn’t irritate my skin which also suits my dad. I recommend people with dry, scaly or bumpy skin to give this product a try, because it’s well worth it. The affordability is also great, I’m really pleased with the outcome and coupled with the moisturising cream your skin feels useful again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great value for money [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally, I have bumps that are quite prominent on my upper arms and on my thighs and those were my focus areas when trialling this. I have used Aveeno moisturisers before but this was the first time using this scrub. The Aveeno Skin Renewal Exfoliating Scrub was definitely very gentle on the skin and it doesn't have that roughness to the beads that feels like you're scratching your skin and I think it is due to that it the formula is like a runny paste- that works well to emulsify with water. I don't have sensitive skin but I feel that this would be a great benefit to other people who don't like that sandpaper feel. Just make sure that you double check that you have rinsed properly as there were times I came out of the shower realising that not all of the granules were washed out of my skin. Feeling my skin the next morning after my shower I have noticed a difference in my skin. Normally I can still see some dry scaly skin but when using this, there was none of that. I would liken this product to a in-shower lotion because of its hydrating effects. This is on the budget-conscious end of pricing and for what it can do, I highly recommend this. My only suggestion - remember I don't have sensitive skin- but I would prefer a scented version because that sensory smell is part of my showering experience.

I have to say, I’m pretty impressed with this scrub. It’s gentle enough to use frequently and extremely effective! The Aveeno skin Renewal Scrub is a lovely scented gentle in shower scrub that removes dry, rough skin with consistent use. I feel like this product would be amazing for sensitive skin that isn't used to harsh scrubs or chemicals. While it slightly exfoliated and moisturised my skin, it didn't feel like it exfoliated enough to make a difference for someone who regularly tans and has keratosis Polaris on their upper arms. Beautiful product for my young children and their skin feels moisturised for at least 24 hours.

I'm usually worried about over-exfoliating but this scrub saved me. It was gentle enough to use every day and helped me with my KP! My skin feels soft and smoother than before! I also have sensitive skin so I have to be careful as I sometimes can have a bad reaction to beauty products but there was no bad reaction at all with this! Physical scrubs are often irritating to my skin, however this one was gentle enough for regular use and made a difference in the condition of mh skin. It removed dry patches on my chest and arms and wasn’t too rough on areas of psoriasis on my elbows and knees. It worked well in conjunction with the body lotion and ensured that my skin was happy and well cared for. I think this would be great for all skin types but especially those that are dryer in winter and need some extra tlc

They are usually wrinkly, rough and just not appealing, especially in winter. After using this scrub, my hands instantly feel smoother and softer. The dryness of my hands make them look wrinkly and this makes the dry wrinkles, disappear. My hands are left feeling soft. After around 30 minutes, my hands do dry up again and I’ll need to reapply so the results don’t last long for me. I would definitely recommend this, it’s nice to have around the kitchen sink as I use it after washing my hands while I’m working at home. The pump bottle makes it even more convenient and easy to access, apply.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect for my sensitive skin [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My skin background: I have extremely dry skin and find that many body washes specifically formulated to treat this that I have used in the past have often felt like they do not do the best job at exfoliating my dry skin. The Aveeno Skin Renewal Exfoliating Scrub’s formulation felt strong enough to remove dead skin cells and result in skin resurfacing and/or renewal, without irritating my acne prone skin (particularly around my back and my chest). The body wash had no fragrance or colour which was also great for my sensitive skin. It's easy to apply, with a little going a long way, leaving the skin feeling soft, smooth and deeply hydrated. I noticed that a film was created post washing the residue off which added an extra layer on moisture. Results: After using the Aveeno skin renewal exfoliating scrub for a few weeks, I noticed a significant improvement in the overall appearance and texture of my skin. My skin felt softer, smoother and more hydrated and I noticed a reduction in the appearance of dry patches and uneven skin tone. My skin can be sensitive to certain ingredients, but I didn't experience any negative reactions while using this product. The body wash comes in a sleek eco bottle that's easy to use and travel with. The packaging is simple and functional and it's easy to dispense the body wash without making a mess. I also noticed a big difference in dark spots and marks on my body. I have some pigmentation on my legs and noticed a stark difference in the colour and texture of these spots over the course of using the Aveeno Skin Renewal Exfoliating Scrub. I noticed they were getting lighter and were not as raised as they were prior to initiating treatment. The only negative comment I would add is that because of its resurfacing properties, I did notice some skin pilling when my skin was dry. However, I believe the best work around for this would be to ensure that your skin is completely and effectively exfoliated and any residual body wash is completely removed from the skin prior to applying out of the shower. I did also notice that it didn’t really remove the dead skin cells from ‘tougher areas’ to treat, like the ankles, knees and feet. Overall, I believe the body wash is great value for money. As it's available at most drugstores and online retailers, there is also great ease of access for the target population. I was very impressed with the Aveeno skin renewal exfoliating scrub. It's a high-quality item that delivers on its promises of deep hydration and nourishment to the skin. For the price point (below $20) I believe it to be well worth it. Overall I recommend this product to anyone with sensitive, acne prone skin and for everyday use. It left my skin feeling extremely soft and supple and I will no doubt be continuing to use it daily. For best results, I would highly recommend using this with the Aveeno Skin Renewal Body Lotion.

I have used body scrubs before some with heavy fragrance which I don’t like. This feels so hydrating and makes your skin feel so so soft! My husband uses it also and he is loving it. Love to use this mainly on the dry parts “elbows, knees” and after shaving to really exfoliate everything. My skin feels super soft and hydrated… I will definitely be repurchasing this product. Very affordable and it’s great for sensitive skin as it is fragrance free and doesn’t irritate my skin! High recommend this to every person it’s become a new holy grail!! Thanks team :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from comparable to frank body glycolic scrub! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed using this exfoliator! I would say it is comparable to the well known frank body glycolic scrub which I also tried recently and while I enjoyed using the frank body scrub, I don't think it was very good value for what you get, but it does feel very effective. This scrub worked well, but could have been a little more intense in terms of dead skin removal, but this would work very well for sensitive skin, while still feeling effective. the granules were comforting in size and shape but didn't apply as easily as the frank body which is more of a paste than a runny lotion, and the paste seemed to hold the product closer to the skin in the shower, maybe contributing to why it felt more effective.
