Directions

  • Frame, uplift and enhance lashes using Garbo & Kelly brow products
  • Twirl brush from the root of the lashes, comb up to separate and use the tip of the wand for the tiniest of lashes in the corner of the eyes.
  • Finish using Femme Fatale Dual Ended Eyeliner for winged or smoky eye looks.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the product, hate the applicator! Looove the mascara, but the wand has a tapered end that I found very annoying. I still would repurchase.
