Cetaphil Hydrating Foaming Cream Cleanser for face and body care is suitable for all skin types. A rich cream-to-foam cleanser, it's an effective yet gentle way to remove pore-clogging dirt and makeup without drying out your skin.

Formulated with our ingredient blend of niacinamide (vitamin B3), panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) and hydrating glycerin. This improved formula helps to preserve the skin's moisture barrier, improve water retention, soothe the skin, and improve the overall quality of sensitive skin. Directions

Wet skin and dispense cleanser into hand. Work cream into a rich lather, adding more water if thicker foam is desired. Massage onto skin in a gentle, circular motion. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

My skin tends to get irritated easily so that was reassuring. It lathered up beautifully offering a thorough clean while not being too harsh on my skin. immediately after washing it off my skin felt soft and I didn’t experience that drying feeling that a lot of other cleaners give. I’d be happy to let my 12 year old who also has sensitive skin use this product. I’ll be adding this cleaner to my usual beauty routine for sure. After a week of using I haven’t experienced any symptoms or irritation or dry skin.

The texture of the moisturiser is smooth. It is gentle and leaves my skin feeling hydrated and fresh and I find my makeup sits quite well on top once layering my other products too. I have dry/combo skin and have found that my face doesn’t feel stripped or tight once using this product. I would recommend this product for someone who is after a gently hydrating cleanser and will be repurchasing once I finish it.

Peefect for slightly oily skin, but likely not suitable to really oily skin due to the formula leaving some residue which could leave oily skin still oily. I liked the foaming formula as i feel like it left my skin feeling clean and fresh. This will be added to my regular routine as a great daily cleanser. Would recommend trying as it has very few common allergens and a good cleanser for most people. Watch out if you have a very oily skin type. Consider trying but be aware the formula may not reduce your oilyness

It has nice texture to apply on skin , easy to wash and also packaging was easy to use and texture is not heavy on skin but only thing I did not like it was its smell It was not nice ,the smell was like some antibacterial soaps ,If the smell be changed to nicer ,that would be perfect, for example floweral smell or lavender smell

It has a lovely creamy texture that feels silky against the skin. It has low foam once its mixed with water. There's no overwhelming scent. The cleanser did a good job of removing my makeup, although I had to go over a second time for heavy eye makeup (hence the four stars instead of five). My skin felt soft and well hydrated after use. It did not irritate my skin in any way, even when used around my eyes. No 'tight' feeling on my face like some cleansers have done in the past. I would happily buy this. This cleanser would be suitable for my whole family to use.

Rated 3 out of 5 by sealantbear_3715 from Quiet achiever [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With out the use of a sponge this emolusion won't fluff to a foam however with a sponge and some vigorous wrist work you can fluff this sucker right up that was my only criticism about the product it's lack of sent means I can use it morning or night and after several days use I found my skin lighter and refreshed and cleaner also softer the packaging was effective but needs a foaming nozzle heed my mistake because you need alot to try and fluff it you don't need alot on the sponge or you will get bubbles for days

When I first used it, I liked the cream to foam texture. Washing my face with it was nice and it didn’t sting, it cleansed my skin really well and got my makeup off but I did find that my face felt tight afterwards. My face was a little dryer than usual when I was using the foam. Although it was not as stripping as most facewashes are to my skin, I expected it to be a lot gentler especially since its for sensitive skin. I definitely am not able to use it everyday because of how dry my skin is. I think this would be suited once or twice a week for dry skin and more regularly for oiler skin.

I used this after taking off my make up, so It didnt foam up the first time. But then i did a second cleanse and it foamed up great, i could tell i was getting a deep clean and that all my make up/daily oil build up was being removed! It doesn’t smell at all, it’s just like a normal soap smell and great for anyone with serious to smells/overpowering scents that some face washes have. Its a cream consistency, very easy to pump out a small amount at a time. You don’t need much at all, it’s great value. It did the job but i don’t think it made any difference to the overall hydration of my face. After a few weeks use my skin moisture felt the same, my skin has been very dry lately and I still had to lather up with moisturiser after using this. Nothing amazing about this, but it does the job and great for sensitive skins and those looking for a budget friendly cleanser that they can stock up on.

Their products are known to be effective but gentle on skin. I was very lucky to try out their Hydrating Foaming Cream Cleanser because I have not use it before. This cleanser claims to effectively remove dirt, oil and makeup without drying the barrier of sensitive skin. I wear makeup daily so I’m excited to test out this cleanser with high hopes. I apply 2 pumps of the cleanser onto my wet face and massage it for about 30 seconds then rinse off thoroughly. My skin did clean and hydrated after wash except for my eye makeup. There were some makeup residues around my eyes which I’m not too upset because I usually cleanse my face twice. Overall, a great affordable everyday cleanser.

We are all very happy with the product on our sensitive skin. Our skin has not dried out and It has not caused any irritation. It cleansed the face well from dirt and light make-up, which has helped keep the breakouts to a minimum. we do like to do a double cleanse. It comes in an easy to use pump bottle. I would definatly recommend this product to anyone who has sensitive skin and looking for a new creamy hydrating face cleanser.

It did not foam much for me for a foaming cleanser. I did not notice any foams but that is not important to me. It struggled to remove waterproof mascara but that is normal for most cleansers. I find only really strong cleansers or oil cleansers remove waterproof mascara well. However, strong cleansers might be drying. Therefore I do not mind too much that it was not completely able to remove waterproof mascara. Just had to go in with micellar water to remove the waterproof mascara after. This product is quite similar to the Cetaphil Skin Cleanser. The difference is this is a cream cleanser, so the consistency is more opaque or creamier than the general Cetaphil Skin Cleanser. This product might remove makeup slightly better but I am not too sure. The difference is extremely minute. However in terms of costs, the Cetaphil Skin Cleanser is a lot more cheaper if you buy it in a big bottle compared to this product. Overall, this is a simple cleanser, non-drying and does the job.

I likely won’t think of this product to recommend. I didn’t enjoy the scent it gave off. As it’s predominantly used for face, this isn’t great really since your nose is on your face. It also didn’t “foam” as I expected it to. It’s more of a lather. I usually really like cetaphil and Cerave products but as someone with not really oily skin I don’t think I’d, personally, rush out to rebuy it. However, my partner has been using it and he seems to like it. So if it means my partner has nice refreshed skin, then I’m happy 😆

Personally I found that it did not foam up a lot when it comes in contact with water. It does resemble a milky/cream in texture before emulsification. It says it can also help with removing makeup but I found it did not remove it effectively when used alone - I'd recommend double cleansing. I used it around my eye area and found it stung my eyes a bit so I'd recommend taking extra care when cleansing around that area. It did leave my skin feeling hydrated afterwards, with no tightness or dryness.

I personally could do without the foaming. I find it unnecessarily gimmicky. This cleanser would be much better without it. As a dry skin type I also tend to shy away from foaming formulations because they tend to strip my skin. However, this cleanser did not leave my skin dry but it also did not leave it feeling replenished, just clean. While this cleanser has no fragrance, it does have an obvious milky soap scent that I could barely tolerate. That all being said, despite its foaming properties, this is a gentle cleanser and would still be a good option for, perhaps, combination skin types.

It is thicker than the Cetaphil gentle cleanser because this is a cream cleanser. However, I did not notice much foaming for a foaming cleanser. Nonetheless, a good simple cleanser that does not dry out the skin. The cleanser was able to remove general make up but not hard to remove mascara. I needed to use micellar water after using the cleanser to remove a waterproof mascara. I think that is normal for most cleansers. I probably would not buy this product because the Cetaphil gentle cleanser is cheaper for per mL of cleanser. If cost is not a worry to you, definitely would recommend this cleanser. Also, this cleanser is already priced very affordably compared to most other cleansers.

It felt glorious when using it: soft, luxe and creamy and worked hard to remove make up at the end of the day. Note: I don't wear much. I feel, if you were a more medium-to-full coverage person you'd need to use this twice, or feature as part of your double-cleanse routine. For me, who has more dehydrated skin than dry skin, I found it left my face feeling tight after use. Had it remained a cream formulation with no foaming, I would have much preferred it, I feel.

Unfortunately, i did not like the smell of it which put me off. I have been using my current facial cleanser for a long time now and even though very open to trying a new product this one didn't make me want to change. Cannot fault that the cleanser, it cleaned my face but did not do much more than that. I saw no changes in my skin - good or bad. I did let my daughter try this and she loved it. So maybe i am fussy? But she has asked me to buy it again for her. So even though i was not a fan i suspect i will be buying it again.
