I liked the colour of the toothpaste, with its vibrant purple colour then turning blue when you start brushing, but I just wasn't a fan of the flavour. It wasn't quite mint and I'm not sure how to explain it, I don't think they even disclose a flavour on the packaging. I would consider trying it again if the flavour improved.

The product works well however the taste of the toothpaste wasn’t particularly pleasant, it tasted like chewing gum that you’ve been chewing for too long. Your teeth definitely feel clean but I didn’t get the minty fresh taste that I look for when brushing my teeth. I’m not sure I would want to use this product again.

It gets nice and foamy as you are brushing and does a good job of cleaning the teeth. Unfortunately I didn't really notice any difference in the whiteness of my teeth which is what I was hoping for given the name of the product. I probably wouldn't purchase again given the price point as I like the product I currently use that is cheaper and gives the same kind of clean.

The taste was a little off, like it almost tasted like bubblegum. Its whitening effects were okay, I did see some slight differences in my teeth over ten days. I did like the colours that the toothpaste was, purple to go on and blue as it foamed. It was really foamy.

Love the flavour, really foams up in your mouth with the tiniest amount.Don't need much at all, also changes colour. As for the whitening I didn’t notice any colour change in the first week of using it. However don’t think the product is a flop just needs more time to show results

It claims it to be purple on the box but foams up blue when brushing your teeth, I didnt really notice and extra whitening of my teeth but you have to rinse your mouth out more than usual after brushing because it leaves a greyish coating on your teeth you need to wash off

The colour changing was different, wasn't to sure on the taste but like it after a couple of times using. Be sure to thoroughly rinse your brush head after using to remove any blue residue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toothpaste has a nice refreshing taste; it’s not too minty but definitely leaves you feeling fresh and clean. Unfortunately I didn’t notice any difference in the whiteness of my teeth, and it was really messy! The toothpaste has little “beads” in it that turn blue with water; if you drop any in the sink they leave blue streaks everywhere and of course the foam from the paste is blue too. It doesn’t sound like a big deal, but it was just one extra thing I needed to pay extra attention to when cleaning as of course this doesn’t happen with standard products.

However, I found it made no difference to the whiteness of my teeth and didn’t compare to other teeth whitening tooth pastes I have used in the past. I do feel like it cleaned well though.

The paste is purple but once you start brushing it turns blue from some kind of dye in the paste. The flavouring they chose wasn’t very nice either. I've got a gap in my toothpaste arsenal due to years of excessive caffeine consumption; I could use a toothpaste that mellows my yellow. However, aside from the annoyance of needing to deep clean blue off the bathroom sink after every brush (ain't nobody got time for that) I thought I'd use it on my tea-stained splint (night mouth guard), as I didn't want to use two toothpastes; was brushing my teeth anyway, and it needs brushing too. I was shocked to see that my hundreds-of -dollars splint, which had previously had a semi-gloss finish- was matte and had the appearance of being fine-sandpapered. This was on the last day of the testing, I'd been using the toothpaste the whole time but immediately stopped. If it can do that to a dental device, what is it doing to my teeth? Did it help with the yellow hue? I'm pretty sure it did. Would I recommend it to a friend? No, not after the changes in my splint.

I was very surprised to see the toothpaste a very very dull purple (not purple enough to colour correct) and very surprised when it turned blue! The blue just turns your teeth a very dull grey shade and does not colour correct. If only they had made the pigments purple. I’m very disappointed and can not use the product anymore due to the weird shade it turns my teeth. Will be going back to the Piksters Tooth Toner toothpaste as this is purple and works great. Gave Colgate ago as they are usually the better brand.
