General Information

The Calm Elixir is a grounding botanical blend to support nervous system function and restore inner alignment. These capsules of calm have been masterfully formulated to contain wonder herb, lemon balm, magnesium, passionflower, and ashwagandha. This elixir relieves mild anxiety, supporting a healthy stress response and healthy mood balance within the body.

Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis leaf extract 300 mg) equiv. dry leaf 1.05 g, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata herb top flowering extract 30 mg) equiv. dry herb top flowering 600 mg, Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera root extract 50 mg) equiv. dry root 1 g, Nicotinamide 16 mg, Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid from calcium pantothenate) 15 mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine from pyridoxine hydrochloride) 3 mg, Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 10 micrograms, Magnesium (from magnesium amino acid chelate) 110 mg

Directions

We recommend taking the capsules in the morning or at lunch alongside good plant fats such as avocado, nuts, seeds, or olive oil, to assist with the absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins.
