General Information

GO Turmeric Joint Pain Relief 1-A-Day is a complex herbal formula containing Turmeric and Boswellia. Turmeric relieves symptoms of mild osteoarthritis including mild joint pain and inflammation. As an antioxidant, Turmeric helps reduce free radicals formed in the body, and supports general health and wellbeing.

Each hard capsule contains  Curcuma longa (Turmeric) ext. dry conc 500mg from minimum dry rhizome 17.5g (17,500mg), stand. to contain curcuminoids 457 mg, Boswellia serrata (Boswellia) ext. dry conc 100mg from minimum dry gum oleoresin 1g (1,000mg) stand. to contain 3-0-Acetyl-11-keto-beta-boswelic acid 30mg, Zingiber officinalis (Ginger) ext. dry conc 3mg from fresh rhizome 150mg, Apium graveolens (Celery) extr. dry conc 3mg from fresh seed 150mg, Harpagophytum procumbens (Devil's Claw) ext. dry conc 25mg from dry lateral root 100 mg, Salix alba (White Willow) ext. dry conc 10mg from dry stem bark 100mg, Piper Nigrum (Black Pepper / BioPerine®) ext. dry conc 6mg from dry fruit 123mg

Directions

Adults: Take 1 hard capsule, once daily with water, after meals. Or as directed by your Healthcare Professional.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Strong preperation not sure it works, it is a strong preparation and after 3 days I got a burning sensation after taking the capsule, I stopped after the 4th day not long enough for the effect to show. My knees were still stiff in the morning and hurting at times. I thought this was a suitable way to take Turmeric as my diet does not normally include it
