My skin type is mature sensitive combination skin. I was scared at first to use it, the serum is black which surprised me . My skin is sensitive so I cautiously applied it with the dropper supplied, it rubs in easily ,mattifying my skin and drys in quickly leaving skin smooth. The product has a fresh clean smell but this isn't strong or over powering. My skin is ageing and I have noticed that over the last few days my face is smoother pores appear tighter. It works especially well on breakouts, reducing the redness,calming them down.Use this serum morning &night or just to target breakout areas. Three weeks of using this serum and my brother asked me yesterday what I've been using on my face recently because it looks really smooth and supple- I actually feel the same way too. This is quite the improvement for someone that's always had acne problems and a very sensitive skin. I have to also mention that Garnier products are the only ones I've used that have not irritated my very sensitive skin. I'm excited to see how my face will look like in a few more weeks.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Immediate skin improvement, worst skin long term I bought this after seeing a few tiktoks about it, and wanted something I could grab from my local shop (typically order skincare online, or at a busy shopping centre). While it makes my skin visibly less oily after application, I haven't yet felt the benefits of this in the long run, and I've been using it for well over three weeks now. My other holy grail AHA & BHA serum's benefits can be seen within a week... I actually feel like I've been breaking out more, and this is the only thing I've done differently with my skin care. The smell is typical Garnier .. not bad but just standard Garnier smell. For the price point, I just don't feel like it's worth it. I've already bought something else to replace this and only about 1/4 through the bottle. It's a pass for me.

When I started using the product my face started to purge pimples were popping out everywhere on my face. I thought that it was normal to purge when you start a new product, but after a month the pimples did not stop. I decided to stop using the product and my face is healing up now. I was really excited when I read the reviews on the product. But it didn't work out for me. Really disappointin your product.
