It is still early days to determine hair growth however i have noticed my nails are growing faster and stronger than before! It is a slightly bigger sized pill so may be an issue for some people. Before using the product, my hair was dry, damaged and super brittle from dying my hair so much but now it's feeling much stronger and I've noticed the fallout isn't as much as it used to be. It also doesn't snap as easily. My nails aren't as brittle and don't break as often which I was always a big concern for me - I couldn't find the right product to fix the problem but with taking these tablets over time, they have definitely improved.

I have noticed that my nails are so much stronger and 'thicker', if that makes sense. As a rock climber, I usually notice damage to my nails, so this has been a significant difference. The supplements include biotin which is proven to improve hair and nails, and there are also additional minerals: zinc, iodine and calcium. I highly recommend this product!

I have been using it for the past 3 weeks and have noticed some amazing results. particularly in my nails which i often struggle to grow due to working in a cafe as a barista and them constantly breaking and being highly fragile. the growth bomb tablets are easy to swallow and create some great results. i havent yet noticed too much growth in my hair however my hair often takes a long time to grow and i will continue using it consistently to see some results

My nails were quite prone to breakage and they were fragile but I have noticed now that they are growing much faster and stronger. I haven't really noticed much difference to my hair though. These tablets have a good dose of biotin so I was hopeful. I've been taking them just over 3 weeks and this morning as I was drying my hair I'm sure my parting looked less, well, wide. I intend to keep taking them and will keep reviewing but feeling pretty confident of their efficacy. As an aside I didn't get chance to file my nails for a couple of weeks and usually they would break and split but only one nail did that so it seems they may've also had an effect on my nails too! I have found this to be a helpful product for managing the condition of my nails, and with the growth of my hair. I was delighted to get the opportunity to try this product especially as I frequently model in the fashion industry, so my hair and nails are put through harsh conditions and experience weakness and breakage. After a couple of weeks of use I didn't find much of a change in my hair (again it could be the conditions it's exposed to), but I most defiantly found a noticeable difference in my nails with less breakage meaning longer nails!
