General Information

Scholl Fungal Nail Treatment has been specially designed to treat fungal nail infections and protecting from reoccurrences.

The patented file dispenser houses 5 disposable files which remove surface of the infected nail plate, reducing thickness, improving appearance and aiding penetration of treatment.

The treatment liquid softens the nail, creates an inhospitable environment  in which the fungus cannot grow, and creates a barrier to reduce the spread of infection.

Apply the advanced liquid to the infected nail once a week until the area of discolouration has grown out. The formula will continue to work between applications and continue to create an environment where fungi cannot survive.

Having the nail files attached to the nail ointment is such a good idea. It saves a lot of hassle. The ointment worked wonders and in a lot less time than products I have used before. I tripped over in my garden and hurt my back and shoulder. from then on I could not bend over to treat my nails. I will start again when I can. It has made my toe nails look better and i can see my new nails growing cleaner from the back.

My big toe on my right foot had always been discoloured for as long as I can remember. I didn’t even know it could be an infection until I saw pictures on Scholl’s instructions that looked EXACTLY like my toe!!! I was intrigued! The first occupied of weeks I didn’t see a huge difference but by week three I knew the ointment was working! I can see the infection is growing out as my toe nail grows and I look forward to wearing clear nail varnish this summer!!

The disposable files ensure I don't spread the fungus any further and the brush offers an easy to apply system. It is convenient to use on a daily basis and file down weekly. I have noticed a real change in my nail over the past 4 weeks and look forward to seeing how well it continues to respond to the treatment. I would highly recommend this to those who want an affordable and simple treatment option.

Nothing beats this Scholl product. I have highly recommended it to my friends and they too have had almost miraculous results. The yellowing has reduced and no other signs of fungal are seen and is nearly grown out. Very happy with result

So easy to use and convenient to have the applicator and the nail files in the same pack! It was great to be able to apply something daily that I knew was making a different to my toe nail. I believe that after 4 weeks I can notice a difference. My nail looks healthier. The fungus is hardly noticeable. I am looking forward to completing the treatment so that I get rid of this infection permanently this time!

I have tried multiple remidies with no success until this product. Having the entire solution in one easy to store and use product was excellent. The nail emery is easily fed from the handle and discarded after use. then the brush was stored in the other side of the product allowing a clean method of storing it and ready access to the solution. It is easy to use, easy to store, and easy to apply. I would really recommend it to anyone with similar problems with their nails. As the treatment course went on even though it was only over four weeks I could see the difference in my toe nails. The cracks have healed up, the infection you can see in my right toe has healed and I can se that as my nail grows out it will not crack anymore.

Weekly preparation of the nail surface was made easy thanks to the disposable emery boards, and daily application of the anti fungal solution using the supplied brush was just as easy. Including drying time, the daily regimen takes only a few minutes. Due to the speed at which nails grow, the entire treatment takes a year with much of it being a ‘maintenance mode’. The first month is the most intensive stage of the treatment and product efficacy is very encouraging so far. My toenail has suffered from nail fungus for quite some time and I have tried other remedies in the past. This product has provided the most encouraging results to date and I intend to continue using this product.

I always use nail polish on my toes but when i questioned the issue with my big toes they took the nail polish off - So Imagine my horror when l found out the discolouration and thickness of my toenail was a fungal infection. So was really thrilled when i got to trial " Scholl Fungal Nail Treatment". It does take a few weeks but if you follow all the steps your fungal infection should be gone. You do have to be diligent with the treatment. I did follow all the instructions and my nail did improve slowly. l was very pleased how the treatment worked and still have a few weeks to go. It certainly is better than having part of the nail removed or taking oral medications. Yes, it is expensive but well worth the money spent to have healthy looking nails.

First week i did not see much in the way nail looked. By the end of the 2nd week i started to see a change in how my nail looked. By the end of the 4 week trial i was extremely happy with the results, unfortunately for me i accidentally knocked the bottle over so i can't continue to use it. Have looked in the local chemist but can't find it, will continue to look until i do as i want to get rid of the infection completely. Highly recommend this product.

It comes in a dispenser that holds 5 disposable emery boards for weekly use. The applicator is very similar to nail polish applicators. There is a remarkable improvement with my nail and after using this product daily for 4 weeks I will continue to use it. Very happy overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I treated my big and second toes on both feet, I had all tried a topical treatment prescribed by my GP which had no effect at all. At first I felt I wasn’t seeing any improvement but I read that toenails typically take 9 months to grow out. So any improvement I was to see was in the condition of the ‘infected’ toenail not in the regrowth. Looking at my before and after photos I feel there is a definite improvement and the toenails look a better colour and generally more healthy. I would like to continue but I don’t feel it’s clear as to whether after 4 weeks the fungus has been eradicated but it will take a further 8 months to grow out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from long term use would be beneficial [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trialing the Scholl Fungal Nail treatment for a 4 week period I have noticed a change in the nail. I have noticed that it has toughened the nail as it was brittle before use. The nail treatment needs to go on longer for the nail to get a lot better and I would recommend the treatment as a basic over the counter use for relative minor infections and seek other treatments if the condition was worse.

The procedure is very easy with the need to use the included nail files, rubbing this over the entire nail, once a week followed by painting the nails then daily with the included liquid. While results are expected to take up to 9 months, which is when the nail should have completely regrown. So far this test have only been for a month but even so I can see that the nail looks a bit whiter and also the thickened nail and exudate that is under the nail has improved. I will continue with this procedure until the liquid has been used and maybe by a new bottle to complete the procedure. Overall very happy with the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband reviewed this product as he has a fungal problem with one of his toe nails. He has used another brand in the past, and also used a home remedy. Neither were as easy to apply as the Scholl product - fantastic pack design. It is clearly a long process to treat this, but we could see a definite improvement after the initial 4 week application period. He followed the instructions to the letter.
