Directions

Apply the CeraVe Skin Renewing Retinol Serum for anti-wrinkles to freshly cleansed, dry skin, in small dots around your face.
Gently spread the retinol anti-ageing serum onto your skin until it's fully absorbed.
Retinol serums or other retinol based products are best used at night as this ingredient can increases skin sensitivity to the sun.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Retinol that’s gentler on your skin I’ve tried a few brands of Retinol now and some can be quite irritating and drying on your skin and you have to follow with a moisturiser usually. This serum is light and doesn’t irritate as much on sensitive skin I find. If other brands are too much for your skin, try this one.

Have noticed big improvements in my skin and it’s been just less than a month. Wish I started sooner but so excited to keep continuing to use and see more improvements! Another added benefit of the formula is that it also has hyaluronic acid and 3 essential ceramides which protects and moisturises the skin's barrier, allowing the retinol to work even further. After daily use, I did notice a huge improvement in my fine lines and skin texture (vitamin A is one of the superhero ingredients for preventative and anti-aging skincare!), and was very pleased to find I did not have any reactions, which retinol can sometimes cause. I highly recommend the Skin Renewing Retinol Serum for those wanting to up their skincare game.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t use retinol usually because I sometimes can have sensitive skin reactions, but had to try this nighttime serum from my favourite brand CeraVe. I think that it is a good starter retinol for people who haven’t used one before and is very affordable compared to others on the market. The product is fragrance free, feels light and a little goes a long way! I really love the pump too as it makes it easy to measure how much you need and to disperse the product evenly. I can’t wait to see the difference that this makes on my skin long term.

I have been finding that they aren’t as harsh and the skin and work towards to the same results. I was very excited to try the CeraVe Skin Renewing Retinol Serum for this very reason. I slipped it into my nigh routine and found that I made a noticeable difference to the overall look of my skin without the irritation and purge than can be caused by retinol. I really like the applicator pump bottle as it allowed for a controlled portion to come out. The texture is light and sinks in well to the skin. It’s developed by dermatologist and is scent free! The hyaluronic acid in the formulation allows for a plumper and more hydrated feel. I’d recommend this retinol to anyone who is prone to be more sensitive when it comes to retinol.

I was so happy to find this product was not only great for my sensitive skin but super hydrating - an experience I've never had with retinol products! I used this at night under my moisturiser and my skin was noticeably plumper, most likely from the ceramides. I didn't feel any tightness or tingling, and when I woke up my skin definitely looked smooth and wasn't sensitive at all. I also love that this product is an airless pump - I don't like to use products that are exposed to air because they oxidize so quickly. I'll definitely purchase this in the future.

It’s great value for money and really works well in helping to make you skin look plump, hydrated and more youthful. It targets fine lines and I can definitely see a reduction in mine particularly near my eyes and mouth areas. For me as a 40 year old mum I’m always on the hunt for a cost effective serum that actually delivers and this fits the build perfectly! I love that the entire range is developed with dermatologists, combining key active ingredients with CeraVe's three essential ceramides to support the skin’s moisture barrier. It means that you know you are getting top quality products when you buy CeraVe! I would recommend everyone o try this particularly those wanting to be proactive and start preventing signs of aging. Also for those who are trying to fight the lines and wrinkles that they currently have -it definitely reduces them and has me feeling more confident in my own skin.

It's important to start slow when introducing a retinol to avoid major purging, and also to protect your skin barrier as it adjusts. I first saw results within a week of using this product. It still took time, patience and a good skincare regimen to improve my skin. However, this product has worked miracles. I have struggled with acne and hyperpigmentation for years. It applies well, quick to absorb making it easy to layer additional products. No unpleasant side effects. I am so impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product for one month now and I have to say I have ageing skin which can look red when I use retinol, but not with this amazing serum. I like the way it feels on my skin when applied and it dries down perfectly. I can definitely see an improvement in my skin tone, It is looking plump and refreshed, it is the best my skin has looked for years. My fine lines are much less and my skin is so soft and supple with a healthy glow. I have been using it daily now and will continue using it as I love what it has done for my face and neck, thank you for letting me trial this product.

Over the weeks trialling this product I could see my fine lines and wrinkles becoming less visible. Very easy to apply so was using this product mainly in the morning combining it with the skin renewing vitamin C serum before applying makeup. Both worked well together and had no skin reaction with this product. Price wise I feel it is reasonably priced for 30 MLS Will definitely consider buying this product in the future.as well as all the other cerave skin products. Packaging is attractive

This serum is light and airy goes on super smooth and absorbs straight into the skin. After using for a month l have found the jelly joules under my neck to be almost non existent the firmness has returned and the fine wrinkles are also far less. The deep line on my fore head has also reduced, the glow in my skin has also returned and l'm shocked. I also have peri oral dermatitis and this product has not triggered an outbreak which is even more amazing. I will continue to use this product as long as it's available.

Knowing Retinol is very good for ageing skin I was excited to sample this product. Fragrance free this product is very light on your skin and leaves no sticky residue and it is easily absorbed. Being in a pump bottle it is easy to dispense exactly the amount you need without any wastage. After using this product in conjunction with the Cerave night cream I definitely have noticed firmness in my face and neck. At this affordable price I would definitely be purchasing this product and recommend it.

I have already referred it to my friends and family. I really felt the difference in my skin texture. It has really improved. I used it alongwith the serum and night cream the combination of all three creams give skin a complete boost. I really felt great on my skin very light cream nothing stays or sticks to the skin and makes you feel very soft and smooth. The texture of the cream little goes a long way. The smell is good too. And if you have a great skin regime to follow and disciplined in your night routine then better to buy cerave creams and use all 3 together. Highly recommend and must buying. Good value for money. 35$ is a good price for this miraculous product.

The CeraVe Skin Renewing Retinol Serum comes in a handy pump dispenser. As I have had previous skin irritations and dryness when using retinol, I used the product every second day. After two weeks I began to notice that some of the fine lines around my eyes were reducing and my skin feels smoother. My spots are also fading, and this may also be contributed to using in combination with the Vitamin C serum.

Besides the easy to use pump container and the great detail about the product on the package my face after using this looked amazing and felt incredible. I have super dry skin but the CeraVe Skin Renewing Retinol Serum within days fixed that and to be honest it hasn’t been dry since. I apply it as part of my morning routine but found that if there were days where I was in the pool and in the sun lots after a quick shower I would apply some and my skin would feel fantastic

As for its other peers in the same “Renewing” range, I also like the texture of this serum, plus the packaging is well thought out for hygiene purpose. While I can’t say much for its wonder work for anti-aging as I don’t have the signs on my face yet at this stage, the thought of being able to incorporate such an important ingredient that is effective for the future and yet still ‘friendly’ enough to fit into my daily routine - it’s amazing!

It is one of the few retinol products I have been able to use on my sensitive neck and décolletage as well as my face. The plastic pump bottle works well - allowing fuss-free application. Just one pump of this lightweight and fragrance-free serum was sufficient for my face. The retinol serum also contains hyaluronic acid and ceramides so it moisturises as well. It made my skin look and feel baby smooth and softened fine lines without irritating.

I have been using this for a few weeks now and in combination with the vitamin C serum and the night cream I have really notice a reduction to the fine lines found around my face and neck. I have been using this product twice a day. It wears really well under my makeup and I have found nil issues with how any of the primer, foundation and setting spray sit onto of this. The product glides on my skin leaving it feeling fresh and rejuvenated. This is a staple in my skin care routine.
