Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why did you change it? I used to absolutely love this product! I have been wearing it for 8 years! Last week I noticed there was a new look, gloss anpplicator and range of colours. I was excited so I bought 5 new colours! I’m not sure what has changed in the formula, but 16 hours of wear has significantly reduced down to 3 or 4 max! The lipstick turns to an awful sandy texture! Absolutely horrible! I even made the effort to “prep” lips (something I have NEVER had to do with this product before, but it made absolutely no difference! I hope there are some of the old product available as I would be interested in purchasing that rather than this inferior product!

My lips always looked beautiful and as if I had just applied my lip colour a moment ago. The replacement is disappointing to say the least. Please bring back the old Provocalips. I don't use the replacement at all. You're losing a customer.

It doesn’t stay in for half as long, it transfers onto everything. The old Provocalips would last for AGES and would not move - this new formula is one of the worst “long-lasting” lipsticks I’ve tried.

(There is Lasting Finish Lipstick 170 Alarm that looks the same but turns pinky when applied and ends up on teeth as well.) True crimson red not available anymore. All colours are variants of pinks and purples. Mature women look like idiots with baby pink, grape etc lipstick. Play With Fire is a “I am woman, hear me roar” colour. I’ve wasted my money buying other Rimmel colours while trying to match Play With Fire. I am disappointed AND out of pocket. Thanks for. othi g.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from BRING BACK PLAY WITH FIRE PROVOCALIPS!!!! So disappointed. When years ago I found Provocalips “Play with fire” I could not have been happier. Other reviewers say that quality has diminished; my grief is that Play with Fire is no more. Can’t buy it in Australia. The only true crimson red! All the other “reds” Re just variants of pinks and purples. The one stunning true red is not available. There is a lipstick 170 “alRm” that looks the same colour BUT turns pinkish when applied, ends up on your teeth and is NOT “lasting”. Please fix this Rimmel. There is nothing more unflattering for mature women than baby pienks and yuck grape colours BRING BACK PLAY WITH FIRE PROVOCALIPS.

How frustrating when I needed to replace them to realise that Rimmel have ruined this products formula, with the pigment now very poor and the shoddy clear lipstick included doing nothing to keep the colour in place. If it's not broke, don't fix it!
