General Information

Swisse Beauty Multivitamin Beauty Complex is a premium formulation that helps form the foundation of your beauty-from-within regime.

It contains 13 vitamins, minerals and herbals, including iron to support vitality and relieve tiredness, vitamin C to help the body adapt to stress, and turmeric, traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to help alleviate abdominal bloating and digestive discomfort.

This multivitamin is also formulated with vitamin C to support skin health and firmness, silicon to support strong hair and nails, and key beauty actives, marine collagen and sodium hyaluronate - a salt form of hyaluronic acid (HA).

Taken daily, it can provide additional support to help you look your best on the outside by feeling your best on the inside.

Warnings

If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms/RE, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.

Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating women.

The recommended duration of use for this medicine must be limited to 3 months.

Adults only.

This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.

Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Woke up this morning, looked in the mirror.. I look good...what happened? LOL!! i looked at the tablet.it’s MV Beauty Complex. Ooh.. I bought the ‘wrong’ one, but turned out to be the right one. YAY!! Thank you.
