Omega-3 rich Fish Oil provides a source of EPA and DHA to support skin and heart health, healthy cardiovascular system function, helps support emotional wellbeing and to relieve inflammation and symptoms of mild eczema/dermatitis.

This is an easy fish oil to take, with a light vanilla flavour for less fishy aftertaste.

Directions

Adults, take capsules with water, after food, quantities as below or as directed by your health professional.

- General health and wellbeing: 1-2 capsules once daily.
- Brain and cognitive function: 1 capsule once daily.
- Emotional wellbeing: 3 capsules once daily.
- Heart health and cholesterol: 1-2 capsules twice daily.
- Mild joint pain and stiffness: 3 capsules once daily.
- Relieve inflammation: 1 capsule twice daily.
- Mild eczema and dermatitis: 2 capsules twice daily.
