General Information

Hydrating niacinamide serum with Hyaluronic Acid and Niacinamide for a more even skin tone and anti-dark spots.

La Roche Posay's first Pure 10% Niacinamide serum is a multi-tasking dermatological serum developed to suit all skin types including sensitive skin. This serum with Niacinamide, and Hyaluronic Acid helps to even out skin tone, hydrate and brighten, whilst improving the appearance of dark spots. The Pure Niacinamide 10 Serum for dark spots is specifically formulated for sensitive skin types. The powerful dermatologically tested formula contains 10% Niacinamide (hydrate & smooth), and 5% HEPES (gently exfoliates). This serum for a more even skin tone with Niacinamide also helps with skin texture, making skin look brighter and smoother while the Hyaluronic Acid helps to lock-in moisture leaving skin looking plump and healthy. The La Roche-Posay Pure Niacinamide 10 serum for dark spots and even skin tone is light and non-sticky, to feel and fast absorbing. Follow the application of the Niacinamide serum with a face moisturiser suitable for sensitive skin such as the Toleriane Dermallergo Fluid Lightweight Moisturiser. KEY INGREDIENTS: A powerful dermatologically tested formula that contains 10% Niacinamide (hydrate & smooth), and 5% HEPES (gently exfoliates). The serum with Hyaluronic Acid helps to retain the skin's natural moisture. NIACINAMIDE Niacinamide has multiple benefits as a skincare ingredient, some of the main features being anti-redness, anti-acne and supports cell regeneration helping with improved skin texture and skin tone. Directions

1. Start with cleansing your skin with the Toleriane Caring Wash Hydrating Cleanser.
2. Apply 2-3 drops of the Pure Niacinamide 10 Serum for dark spots and gently massage onto the skin.
3. Follow with the Toleriane Dermallergo Fluid Lightweight Moisturiser for targeted results and added hydration.

Avoid the eye area. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly.

Always use sun protection as the last step in your skincare routine. Follow with Anthelios Ultra BB Cream SPF 50+ for that tinted finish adapted to your skin tone.

ALWAYS READ THE LABEL. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR USE. Apply 20 minutes before sun exposure. Sunscreen is only one part of sun protection so wear protective clothing and seek shade. Avoid prolonged sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours and after swimming, towelling and perspiring in accordance with directions.

Ive been using this product for almost a month and My skin looks so bright and smooth. It does not do much for my pigmentation I admit but the overall condition of my skin has improved greatly. The scent and the pale purple color are so different to other products, which I loved, very sophisticated. It certainly made my skin feel refreshed and plump as it smooths into your skin, almost feels silky, absorbs straight into the skin. Its not a sticky serum, so hydrating which surprised me. After using it for the last few weeks, I feel my skin looks more refined. I have added this into my routine I would definitely recommend the La Roche Niacinamide serum.

It goes on silky smooth and very light and is not too heavy on the skin. my skin feels and looks amazing. Did not cause any tingling which most products do to my skin when using for the first time. Softer and more hydrated than before. Does not leave an oily residue which I love! My Skin looks brighter too. And any darker spots less visible. Highly recommend this product to add to your daily skincare routine. Great price also. Will definitely be buying more when this bottle runs out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have very much enjoyed trialling this La Roche-Posay Niacinamide Serum and have been amazed by the results after just a couple of weeks of use. I suffer from quite sensitive skin, which is prone to redness, and I also have several dark spots on my face, particularly on my cheekbones. After using this serum, my skin felt so hydrated, smooth, refreshed, and brighter. I hope that with continued use, my dark spots will diminish even further. This is a luxury serum, which for me, has delivered noticeable results. I haven’t used a dropper bottle before to administer a serum, but I found this applicator easy to use and only a small amount of the thick and creamy serum was required for each application. I also liked the fact that this serum had only a very light fragrance and none of the ingredients caused any irritation or flare ups on my sensitive skin. The serum absorbed easily and completely into my skin and it was lightweight enough to be layered under my moisturiser. I would recommend this serum to anyone with sensitive skin who is looking for an effective, luxury product that really works!

The product is a little thick for the dropper, but once applied to the skin it spreads finely and evenly. It has a mild fragrance which is acceptable. I applied it on my skin after cleansing at night and found it absorbed quickly and did not leave an oily or sticky residue. I also applied it to the back of my hands. I do not have distinct sun spots on my face. My completion just needs evening out, and this is what this product did! My skin feels hydrated and smooth and also looks brighter. I noticed the most positive difference on the backs of my hands. Here I have light sunspots, and in 2 weeks they have almost disappeared. Due to the consistency of the product it may be more suitable for a pump applicator? I have really enjoyed using this serum and highly recommend it from the results I have experienced.

I’ve been trying the La Roche-Posay pure Niacinamide 10 serum for about two weeks now and have fallen in love with it. During winter I find my skin gets very dry, no matter how much love I give it. This product has left my skin feeling so soft and hydrated which is amazing! I also have very sensitive skin so am a bit apprehensive of trying new products, however with the reputation that La Roche-Posay has as a brand, I didn’t have any worries. My skin is also looking a lot brighter which is so nice during these colder months when I find my skin tends to loose it’s glow due to lack of sunshine. My only issue would be the dropper in the bottle, I didn’t find that it easily dispersed the formula. I’m not sure if I got a dud dropper or if the formula is a bit too thick, but I still managed to get it out of the bottle! Definitely a product you should try and you need on your beauty shelf. Your skin will love you for it!

It's only been a short while since using it but have noticed an improvement in my skins appearance. My skin can get very dry and dull especially in colder months and using this morning and night after cleansing left it feeling hydrating and fresher looking. It's absorbs quite quickly and didn't leave a sticky residue afterwards. I have quite sensitive skin so was worried it might have a tingling sensation and leave me looking red but surprisingly it did the opposite. Around my jaw I get tiny spots and although they haven't completely gone I can see an improvement in their redness. I'll continue to use this product and recommend it to anyone with similar concerns to mine. The dropper is also a nice addition to control the amount you use but found a little went a long way.

I tried different serum but this one, just for the first trial, my skin become so moist, plump and looks healthy. The fragrance is so subtle, i love so much. Not overpowering as i dont really the strong fragrance. The fragrance so nice. The serum it self is thick, kinda like creamy- gel consistency. I only use 1 drop and that's enough for the entire face. The only thing that i dont like is, the dropper is too thick to be inside the tiny bottle make it difficult to get the serum without overflowing. If the dropper bit smaller will be so much better. However, i give this serum 10/10 and definitely repurchase it again. It's worth to try.

And has made my skin feel so soft and smooth. I also feel my skin is more hydrated after using this for a couple of weeks. I will be continuing to use this product. It is a beautiful product to use. Lightly fragranced with is delightful and I don't have to wait 10 minutes for it to soak in before applying my next layer of skincare. The applicator might need to be reconsidered. The product is quite thick and the applicator doesn't really work. I just scrap the product off the dropper. I use on my décolletage and all over my face. Will be a staple in my skincare!

I have been using La Roche-Posay Pure Niacinamide 10 Serum for a little over two weeks (both morning and night) and have noticed a visible difference in my skin; my skin feels soft, plump and more hydrated. The serum itself comes in a little glass bottle with glass dropper. The glass dropper isn't a traditional dropper but rather a larger style dropper. I don't feel this worked for me as it was harder to get the required amount of serum. Instead I had to almost scoop the serum out and onto my hand. This serum is a delight to use, it feels soft and luxurious on the skin and is not heavily fragranced. The only downside to this serum would be the price which I feel is a little much for a Niacinamide serum. Would I repurchase? If it was on sale then 100% yes.

With a noticeable difference. Very impressed with the results after 4 weeks of trialling the the serum. I would definitely buy this product once I finish the bottle. I give the product a great rating and would recommend it to family and friends to purchase. The serum is light & soft in the skin. Only thing I would improve on the product is the dropper on the top, it is very soft and makes it hard to withdraw the serum into the dropper. Started to create a build up of serum around the top of the bottle that needed to be cleaned off after each use. Which was a waste. Overall happy with the results.

My skin has not been liking winter at all but this beautiful, smooth serum has made it happy! My skin looks hydrated and glowing and is drinking it up. It is smooth and not too heavy, not too light. It's very lightly scented with the classic La Roche-Posay scent but this faded quickly. I mention this because i know some people dont like scented products but it doesn't bother me personally. I will definitely repurchase this lovely little purple bottle. In fact I might make sure I've always got a back up on hand so I don't run out!

I think 2 – 3 drops are sufficient to cover my face, neck, and even my hands. my skin feels smooth and plump after use and seems to go well with other skin care products. I have melasma, and although I haven’t noticed any significant reduction of my dark spots, I can see that my skin is more even toned and feels more hydrated. The serum is white-ish in colour and has a mild fragrance. It is thicker than I expected, but it is easily spreadable. The only con is the dropper. The dropper is hard to use, and the pipette doesn’t suck much of the serum.

I have tried a couple of niacinamide products, either alone or mixed in with other ingredients but this one is the best one yet. It has a pleasant but not too strong of a smell, unlike some other niacinamides. The serum goes on and soaks in quite nicely without leaving too much of a tacky feeling. I have noticed a slight difference in my pores and dark spots and really believe that the results will get better the longer I continue to use it. A bonus is that it looks so luxe on the bathroom counter as well! I would highly recommend trying this product out, as it is 100% worth the price.

This serum comes in an attractive purple bottle with a dropper. The serum is a thick with a pleasant floral fragrance, iridescent purple and white in colour with only a small amount of product required upon application. The product is instantly absorbed, leaving skin hydrated, smooth and luminous. After continued use skin is hydrated, bright and smooth with pores tightened. Dark spots appear to have slightly improved. I am very happy with this product. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a serum to improve skin hydration and texture, assist with dark spots and dullness. I will continue to use this product as part of my beauty routine.

The smell isn't overpowering and the application to the skin is nice and thin. It's not like other serums I have used that leave residue on the skin (oily like look) after foundation is applied. Since I have been using this product, I have noticed that some sun sports and darker skin around my eyes has lightened. Results are definitely visible! The price also compares fairly with other Pure Niacinamide serums on the market. I recommend this serum and will be purchasing again!

The serum is a little thicker than serums I have used in the past, however I found this to be a benefit as it spread a lot easier and a little does go a long way. The scent was beautiful and reminded me of almonds without being overpowering. After the first week of use I found my pigmentation spot’s had lessened quite significantly and the tone and texture of my skin was improving each day. I also noticed my foundation was applying more smoothly and I didn’t have to use as much to cover my pigmentation spot’s. By the second week of use I was totally sold on this serum as my skin was a lot brighter, my pigmentation spot’s had faded quite significantly and my skin seemed more radiant and the texture was velvety smooth to the touch. I also found I was more confident to leave the house without make-up on. This serum is a little more pricey than what I would normally buy, however a little does go a long way and the results are amazing. Overall I would definitely recommend this to anyone whose complexion is dull, has brown spot’s or pigmentation and want’s smoother more glowing skin. Definitely a winner in my books.

My sunspots looked a bit lighter after using for 2 weeks. You can use any excess on the back of your hand and this made my hands looked younger and softer. The purple bottle was good so you can see how much product you have left. I did find the dropper wasn't great but it was easier to put it on the back of my hand and then transfer to my face. Will definitely continue to use this product.

I’ve been using this serum for just over 2 weeks and I’m really loving it. This serum is light and so easy to apply and It absorbs quickly into my skin. I use it at night but you can also use it in the mornings. The results are GREAT - my skin looks brighter and feels more hydrated. And my dark pigmentation has definitely faded. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been a bit scared to use a Niacinamide serum as other ones I’ve tried have given me a burning sensation but this one was actually really gentle on my skin! I’m so happy I tried it out! My skin liked it and I applied it at night. The only negative is the packaging. The serum was a bit too thick for the dropper. And the bottle opening is a bit too small so when I tried to put the dipper back in the opening of the bottle would get smeared with extra product. But that was ok since I applied some on my neck! Haha!

Avoid the eyes. The pipette is difficult to use due to the creaminess of the formula; I find using it as a scoop an easier approach.would i use yes definatly

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Power packed serum [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the serum for the last 2 weeks and I am so impressed by my results. The thick yet easily absorbing serum just glides onto my skin and doesn’t have a sticky afterfeel at all. My skin feels completely hydrated and the tone and suppleness of my skin has definitely improved. I’ve been using it morning and night after cleansing and toning my skin. During the day I always apply SPF on top of my skin care routine and this doesn’t have a greasy feel under my SPF at all. My aging spots have definitely faded as well so I am thrilled with the serum. The property applicator is easy to draw the serum out of the bottle. I have found that I need to tip the bottle to really be able to pick as the end product in the bottle however but the pipette does keep it a very easy to use product. I would recommend the serum for anyone with combination skin. It’s a great addition to your skin care routine to boost your moisture without a heavy or greasy feel. I’ll be keeping this serum in my daily skincare routine moving forward. The product has definitely delivered on what it says for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice and silky [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this product for two weeks and find it lovely to use, it feels gorgeous on the skin and not sticky, it soaks in quickly with no residue. It’s still too early in use but I can see a slight change in my tone and texture in my skin. Having the little dropper means you can use just as much as you want or need without a lot of wastage or over use. The fragrance is faint but very nice and doesn’t effect my allergies at all. Very nice product and would purchase when this one is finished.

I was dubious that it would have any effect on my age spots, and if it did was concerned that my sensitive skin would react. However, surprisingly my age spots were diminished and my skin was left feeling nourished and clear. I did take photos at the start to ensure the power of suggestion did not cloud my judgement so was able to confidently conclude my age spots were lighter, and as a result are now easier to conceal. The serum is thick with a smooth consistency, has a very pleasant but faint fragrance and the dropper applicator I found suited the task at hand. I have only recently added serums to my morning and night time skincare routine and would definitely include this in the future because of how happy I am with the results.

The serum smells pleasant and is easy to apply, glides on smoothly and feels lovely on the skin leaving no irritation. I’ve been using the serum for over 2 weeks now, can see some fading in dark spots and overall skin feels good and looks so much brighter. I will continue to use and will purchase when the bottle runs out. Packaging looks good, only downside is that the serum is quite thick so it’s quite difficult dispensing the serum with the dropper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love La Roche Posay as a brand and I've used this serum for almost two weeks, using both in the am & the pm, and I love it. It has a thicker consistency than most serums I've tried, which I have to say I loved, with a lovely pleasant fragrance, not offensive at all. Although thick it sank into my skin quickly, and my sensitive skin has had no reaction to it at all. With regular use I've noticed that my skin has been clearer and less dull than normal, and although no great differences to my pigmentation as yet, i'm sure that with continued use it will. I've tried cheaper niacinamide serums and although this one is on the pricier side its definately worth it in my opinion and I will definitely be purchasing it when my current bottle runs out.

Since I started trialling this product (about 2 weeks), I have been noticing positive results. My skin feel refreshed, softer and more supple. The texture of my skin is so much nicer - less red and tired looking. I have been blown away with how great my skin is looking after a few weeks of using this product. I love the inclusion of the dropper - this enabled me to direct exactly where I wanted the serum to go without wasting a drop. I also love how the product quickly dissolves into my skin without leaving a greasy residue. It was so easy to use - I used it as the last part of my beauty regime before bed then first thing in the morning after my shower (and before application of any make up).

The bottle is cute. Love how it comes with a lid and a pump. Texture is on the thicker side, but you only need such a little bit to go a long way. I love how the La Roche-Posay Pure Niacinamide 10 Serum smells. Such a fresh smell. After wearing La Roche-Posay Pure Niacinamide 10 Serum for one night I felt my skin so much smoother and brighter the next morning. La Roche-Posay Pure Niacinamide 10 Serum didn't leave my skin oily which is a plus as well. I'm surprised La Roche-Posay Pure Niacinamide 10 Serum worked so well on my skin. My partner even tried the La Roche-Posay Pure Niacinamide 10 Serum out and he loved it. Would recommend La Roche-Posay Pure Niacinamide 10 Serum to anyone who wants a fresh brighter feeling to their face.
