It was easy to apply on my own, even without using the gloves until the end to make sure it was all over. My partner was amazed at the 5 minute wash out time, and I was pleased it was only 5 minutes, not her regular 30 minute. The colour turned out great, no greys present. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Its been something I have avoided for two reasons - the first is : Its Messy. It was really was - wearing silly gloves and having dye all over your clothes and the bathroom - well things are changing for good!! Thanks to L'Oreal. This new system gets rid of the messy, sticky, dripping dye - and they use a wonderful easy to apply bottle with a built in applicator comb that makes the application so easy. What I really love is that the comb allows you to naturally apply the dye to your hair where you need to cover those grays. You can really attack the area that need - and not appear to be a totally different person with new hair colour. This is far more discrete and far cleaner! The colour is also very natural. Its a win-win!

It kit contained all that was needed in the bottle so no mixing was required and therefore no mess. The combs on the bottle were soft and comfortable when combing it through your hair. It lathered nicely when you massage it through your hair and washes out cleanly leaving no stains on your skin. It covers greys, naturally blending in. Not all greys were covered (bout 90% coverage) but that just adds to the natural look.

Used the gloves to massage it in to give even coverage. Waited 5 minutes and then showered it out & washed my hair. The colour looked ok and covered my greys to a certain extent. I think I would need to use 2 applications to get a better result.
