Directions

After brushing and flossing, rinse with 20mL undiluted for 30 seconds, twice daily. For children 6 to less than 12 years old: Rinse with 10mL undiluted for 30 seconds, twice daily. Expel the liquid. Do not swallow. Supervise children 6 years and over. Not recommended for children under 6 years

As someone who doesn't use mouthwash often, it definitely felt like it gave an 'extra clean'. Although I sometimes miss the 'tingling' sensation of the original Listerine, I felt this was just as effective and tasted better. Would definitely use it again

Some mouthwashes I find way too strong and I struggle to wash my mouth out using them as I can’t keep the product in for too long. This one is amazing! Still get the same fresh feel & knowing it still kills germs without the harsh strength is a game changer. Would highly recommend!

I cleaned my teeth as normal and then rinsed for 30 seconds. It was not too strong. Only issue was that one of the child proof tabs on the lid broke off after being closed only once.

I have very sensitive gums and teeth and the very cooling sense of most toothpastes and mouthwashes are intense! This listeria is a great alternative because it’s mild in the sense you don’t feel overwhelmed but your teeth still feel extremely clean!

You will still get that fresh feel in your mouth without the strong burn, it's just toned down a touch whilst still ultimately making my breath still feel fresh and clean. I did find the lid cap a little harder to open but not impossible.

They have quite a good range of flavours too, so it doesn't get boring, though I tend to stick with Fresh Mint. I've tried other brands, but none of them seem to be as strong as Listerine, and often, the flavours don't taste as good either. The only flavour of Listerine that I really don't like is the flavour of the Whitening mouthwash... It is one of the pricier mouthwashes, but they are also often on sale - so it works out.
