The eucalyptus is perfect for helping those constantly running little noses and helping them to get some much needed rest. The smell isn't too overpowering but is just right and is easy to use just spraying into the room or over the bed and letting it settle before tucking in your little one. My baby generally wakes up in the middle of the night but with this product she was able to sleep through the night until morning! My boys usually get congested and I use eucalyptus oil spray but this is a better spray as the smell is subtle and refreshing. It is a room mist too and I have been spraying it in their play area and it has definitely helped them to breathe better and they love the smell!

I do tend to use essential oils at night, so in the morning to start the day, I do like to give the room a quick spray. Sometimes, I like to spray babies pillow to give it the freshness it might need, but with the added benefit of fighting those dreaded nighttime sniffles.

As a result, we've had the chance to test this product out properly. Let's just say... it has helped to relieve our congestion. I co sleep with my 16month old and I spray the sleep time room mist every other time but this sniffly nose spray is perfect to switch it up during this cold season, we’ve already been hit with the cold and it helps both me and Bub sleep, I personally Dont like rubbing any rubs on her or myself because I Dont want her to touch it and rub it in her eyes! so the spray is so much better just to put on the bed sheets or bed head Will be buying when we run out , but you don’t need more than 3 sprays so I think it will last ages Disclaimer: I was gifted a product sample to trial and review.
