I use it after the shower, scent free, dermatologist approved which is great for the whole family to use even those with skin conditions. It leaves my extremely dry skin, mosit as I use really hot water in the shower and my legs are dry. It works well and even helps if using prior to my waxing appointments as my wax lady stated hair is coming out quite easily due to moistured skin. I use this on my kids and myself.
