Directions

With the point tip applicator, lightly brush the formula onto the brow starting from the head and moving towards the tail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product definitely stays put and does what it says but beware it is a brow ink so it will not add those fine hair like strokes to your brows, the product is too inky for that and the applicator is not stiff enough. It does however do a great job at filling in sparse gaps and gives a nice natural effect to the brows. Perfect for someone who wants to perfect their brows without looking overly done. I also like that the shade Blonde is not too warm.

I have spare brows due to years of overplucking and this is the easiest most natural way to fill them in without having some kind of cosmetic procedure. I like the applicator how easy it is to use and that there is a spoolie included in the lid. It didn't last as long as I had expected given it is meant to be semi permanent. However i still think it's a great product and it has become something I use regularly. I would recommend this to friends and family. The dark brown colour was a perfect match with my eyebrows without it looking too dark or intense.

It was super easy to use, and the colour and product was much more effective than that of pencils that I can’t see myself going back. I thought it was going to be super messy being a liquid, but it was simple to apply and not messy at all. I did manage to get 2-3 days without having to reapply like stated on the packaging which was great. I’m very happy with the product, and have already recommended it to my family and friends who do their eyebrows.

I've always relied on the professionals to dye my brows so it was pure joys to try a product that worked so easily at home. The application brush and spool was so easy to use that it feels like you're using a felt tip pen. The products dries quickly and can be removed easily. I really noticed a difference to my brows when I used this ink as the colour was blended and gave my brows a renewed fullness. Best news is it lasts for more than a day and didn't come off when my face was wet so its great for beach or humid days. So if you haven't tried semi-permanent products before, buy this as you will be impressed.

The color is perfectly suited for my skin tone and i love how it stays on the brow. I would definitely try out some other shades just to see which one i like the best. The product is small, compact, makes it easy for us to store. The product is also easy to use and all the instructions came with the product. Although sometimes the product does stick to the brow brush and it clumps to your eyebrows when you apply it, when this happens i would need to use a paper towel to wipe off the excess product on the brush. After that the product is perfect to be used!!! The color stayed in my brows for around 48 hours very impressed considering how affordable this product is. I used makeup remover, and also oil cleansing and this affordable product stayed on my brows, which is very unexpected. Ive been recommending this products to my friends to see if the color will suit them.

The colour was perfect to match my blonde hair, it’s a nice neutral Blonde tone, more on the ashy side and doesn’t come off red once it dries which immediately makes it better than many products on the market for me! The applicator allows you to create a precise and detailed brow look with minimal effort, the product applies smoothly and dries quickly. It’s quick and easy to fix any mistakes with a q-tip while the product is still wet. Once dried, this product lasts all day, it does not fade as most brow powders / pencils do, it still looks just as great at the end of the day. The only flaw I have found is that using the one colour for the whole brow can make it a bit too blocky, I would like to get a slightly darker colour for the tail of my brow and fade it to this lighter colour at the centre to add a bit of depth. Otherwise, this product is a 10/10 and I would absolutely recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Natural looking defined brows [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Revlon ColorStay Semi-Permanent Brow Ink in Dark Brown and it was a great colour match for my brown hair. The brow ink is quite light in texture and is applied with a fine tipped brush applicator. My brows are quite thin and sparse so I filled in the gaps and then quickly evened it out using the built in spoolie brush. Working quickly while the ink is still wet I spread it evenly using the spoolie till it looked quite even and natural. Once the ink dried my eyebrow hairs looked tidy and stayed in place even when I washed my face with water. It lasted all day plus some so I couldn’t be happier with such an affordable eyebrow product that gave me a salon look.

I chose the shade "Dark Brown" and it is perfect for my natural brow hairs. Despite the ink is dark brown, it looks so natural and gives my brows some definition without looking overdone. The wand it comes in is perfect for getting to individual brow hairs. Application is pretty easy and quick . My brows look polished yet natural in a few seconds. It also fills in sparse areas quite nicely. I do recommend this product as it is a perfect alternative to in-salon brow tint.

I was given the blonde to trial through Beauty crew and am very impressed. I initially went overboard and filled in my entire eyebrows and ended up with a really heavy look that I thought I might be stuck with for days. Fortunately, with the blonde atleast if you need to, you can wipe away quickly with just water and a towel and it won't stain. On my second go, I wasn't so heavy handed and just did some light strokes in the patchier parts of my eyebrows but left it on this time. It gave a natural effect that lasted for about 2-3 days and I have just been topping up as I do my makeup every few days. I've found I can now skip the eyebrow pencil when doing my makeup and just top up with this as needed. I love that it looks more natural and doesn't have that 'drawn on' finish. You also don't need much so one will last a good while. I would 100% recommend this product and will be purchasing it when I run out.

I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of application. It is easy to colour in thin brows with precision or build up for thicker brows. The colour looks natural and matches light blonde to light brown shades It dries instantly and doesn't smudge, which is great for someone like myself, who constantly touches their face. A great product, which is perfect for every day use and it is definitely one that I will continue to use.

I have very thin light coloured eyebrows and the blonde colour was a perfect match for my natural eyebrows. It is so easy to put through my eye brow hair to fill in my thin eye brows and then use a spoolie to distribute the product and make it look natural. I Cleanse my skin twice a day and even after four days my eyebrows were still full and looking great. It did make my eyebrow hair a little 'crunchy' but I didn't mind because it also kept them in place and I didn't need to use any eye brow gel to achieve that so it made my make up routine alot quicker. I love the easy to use packaging too. You can't go wrong with the price of it either, my normal eye brow gel is double the price of this one and on tip of my normal one I also use an eyebrow setting gel which is also double the price of this one, so it saves me money to which is great! I highly recommend this to anyone who used eyebrow pencils, gels or liquids.

Similar to other reviewers I felt a little bit apprehensive about the ‘semi permanent’ part of the name of the product, imagining that if it goes wrong for some reason I will be stuck with it for few days at least. However, first of all you can’t really get it wrong and also the colour slowly fades away after a day or so. I love the super fine applicator which is great for people like me who tend to be a little bit heavy handed with brow products. You can start by applying little thin strokes to fill in your brows and then go heavier if needed. I had a soft brown version of the product and it matches perfectly my natural brow colour. I loved the little brow brush hidden in the lid which was great for final touch and making sure the product is distributed evenly. It’s definitely my favourite brow product so far and it will definitely become a staple of my make up bag.

The ink is really lightweight, and requires a careful hand on application, but it allows you to accurately build the shape and colour you’re after. After a few minutes you’ll see the colour really set in, so be patient and remember you can always touch up as you go. People who wash their face day and night should expect 1-2 days out of an application, but I managed to stretch to 3 with the aid of a pencil. Overall, really enjoyed introducing this into my routine.

I have really thin brows and this product really helped to make them look fuller and also darkened their shade. It took awhile getting used to trialling different techniques of applying it but once I found the one best suited to me, I was hooked. I love how it lasts longer as well as it saved me a lot of time in the mornings when doing my makeup before work - it was one less step. This product is an absolute God send for those who are looking for a longer lasting brow fill and I would definitely recommend it.

The applicator is precise and easy to use.. I love that it comes with a Spoolie brush attached in the handle very convenient and super easy to use, it is smudge proof and last a while I would definitely recommend anyone to use this product it’s worth the try , especially if you aren’t a MUA like myself I found that it was super easy to use and having the spoolie connected to the handle was definitely a bonus 2 products in 1..

The blonde colour was perfect for my brows, it didn't throw too ashy or orange, just a great neutral colour. The applicator is like a long felt tip, dipped in a thin liquid. It's super easy to wipe of excess product, and I don't feel as if it ever applied too much. Was great to build up to my desired look. It also has a holding power and with the brush on the lid I was able to shape them as well! Wouldn't say it lasts days, but it's something I would most definitely repurchase as I loved the final results. Naturally defined, polished brows!

I have thick brows but holes everywehere and it takes me ages to fill them in and make them look natural. Sometimes I spend at leave 15 mins each morning to do my brows and being a busy mum this feels like such a chore. I'm obssessed with this product. I've tried other brands at home and the colour never seems to be right nor do I have the control of how much or where to put the colour. I love how I can precisely add the tint where I need it. I love the applicator brush & spoolie making it so easy to apply. There was no mess and the drying time was super quick. It was simple and quick to use and I didn't have to touch my brows for 3 days. no pencil or gel. It felt good to not have to do my brows everyday. I would purchase this in the future and probably purchase a different shade as well so I can do the lighter shade on the inner parts of my brows and the darker shade on the the tail ends of my brows.

I haven't tried semi-permanent products on my eyebrows before and I was very impressed. The tapered application brush & blending spool made the product quick and easy to apply. It glided on my brows smoothly and neatly. The instructions were excellent and the product coloured my brows beautifully, giving a lovely definition. I loved how defined and yet natural my brows looked after the application. The colour was perfect for enhancing my brows. I will definitely keep using this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better brows I have fine, sparse brows which are high maintenance so I was hoping that by using the brow ink (in Blonde) I would be able to fill in my brows and tint the hairs I already have. I can sort of do that but I still have work to do to achieve a better result. Perhaps I would find it easier if the tip of the application brush was firmer. I first use the in-built spoolie to try to brush up my brows, apply the ink and then brush up my brows again. My disappointment is that the ink isn't semi-permanent for me because as soon as I wash my face with a cleansing balm or oil the brow ink washes off. I'm happy with the way the brow ink applies and I don't mind having to reapply it each day.

Doesn't smudge and comes off easily at the end of the day. I have patchy eyebrows and this brow ink keeps them looking full and non-patchy. Easy to apply, there isn't too much ink on the applicator so there is no worry about overfilling and having product go rogue around the eyebrows. If you are looking for something easy to use and easy to apply, then this is the product to use. The light brown colour matched my eyebrows well so they didn't look drawn on. It isn't a product that blends like other eyebrow products but it does not look like you have drawn on eyebrows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was nervous to try this product as it was the first time i've tried a semi-permanent brow ink but i ended up loving the results! I love how the effects last for a few days, making getting ready in the morning super easy and quick. I used a light hand when applying small strokes as i wanted a natural effect. I was worried it would be too dark on my face, but the colour was natural and helped blend in the product into my natural eyebrows even easier. However, i felt the product would be even better with a spoolie brush as i continuously brushed out my brows throughout the application of this product in order to get a softer, natural look. Another minor issue i had was that the product would easily catch on my thick eyebrows, making them a tad crunchy. I feel this wouldn't be an issue if you had fine hairs. All in all, this was a great product and i'd definitely buy again.

The thin and pointy-tip applicator made it easier to apply the brow colour. I did not care about how permanent the colour stays but more curious on how natural it looks given that it is in ink format. The 355 dark brown colour turned out to be quite natural on me so for the colour aspect it was good. Another thing worth mentioning is the precision that can be achieved by the thin pointy-tip applicator. It is my first time using an applicator like this to my brows but it is fun and it works well. I was able to be creative and be precise in making the shape and shade of my preference. I have to say the result does look more natural and multi-dimensional comparing to the traditional brow pencils. The product description says the semi-permanent means the look will last for 3 days. In my experience it lasted more than 3 days which is an added bonus for me and saved my time of putting on brow makeup everyday. Overall I was satisfied with this new brow product. Will use it more in future.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy filled in brows [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has one felt tip brush to apply the brow ink and it was mostly easy for me to use. I have black eyebrow hairs, but the dark brown shade was perfect. The applied look is a bit like a watercolour marker. The felt tip is not as fine as an actual hair or the microblade look, but this product is ideal for filling in sparser brows like mine and makes my brows more made-up. It's possible to get heavy handed for really bold brows, but I prefer using a lighter touch to feather out the look. Once applied, it dries within seconds, so any further softening with a brush for example, needs to be done ASAP. I agree that this is waterproof, transfer-proof and smudge-proof. I couldn't test the 3-day claim since my cleanser washed it off. I would recommend this as a good eyebrow product to others. It is pricier than what I currently use (softened out pencil eyeliner), but this has the advantage of much longer wear.

I absolutely love the full but natural look I can create. At first it took a little practice to get the hang of it as it is easy to make a mistake, although you can correct these before it dries. I suggest having a play with the product so you know what works best for you in application. I have used the dark brown and my eyebrows are black but lack a fullness. I can really shape my brows into a variety of looks depending on what I want. Sometimes I want the full darker look or I want the more natural lighter look but adding shape. So glad I have come across this product, a real game changer for my makeup bag.

My natural brows are a very dark brown/almost black and the shade dark brown matched quite well with them. It's easy to use for a polished natural look. My brows didn't smudge and the colour lasted for 2 days on me before starting to fade. If you have sparse brows, this would be a great brow product for adding a bit of definition and dimension for natural looking fuller brows. So far, this is one of the best drugstore brow products that I've tried

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent staying power and convenient product [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Revlon ColorStay Semi-Permanent Brow Ink is a very thin fluid with a felt tip applicator that can be used to fill in brows and create soft hair-like strokes. I trailed the colour soft brown, as I prefer a taupe colour brow product despite my brows being dark brown. I found the soft brown to be too soft and more like an ash blonde colour. The product is very thin and has a tendency to bleed so care needs to be taken to not apply too much at a time. The colour stays on for a very long time, close to two days on my skin (with a lot of skincare and rough wear). The felt tip could be difficult to use and I would really like a similar product that produced a more powder like finish to fill in my brows, as the ink did not look natural on the skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I was a little hesitant to try this, the 3 day thing scared me, what if they look terrible, I’m stuck for 3 days. However, after the first use, my mind was put at ease. It was easy to use, the fine tip allowed for great control for application. The little brush, although a little awkward to hold was very handy. The dye clung to the hairs very well, I have sparse brows and this gave a great amount of fullness. But still natural in appearance. It highlighted the hairs without just tinting the skin beneath. I wouldn’t say it last three days, but definitely lasted really well for a full, long day without the need to reapply. I will definitely be repurchasing this again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Revlon brow ink [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically don’t use brow products other than brow gel but have been looking into other types of brow products. You get a decent amount of products and the applicator is point kind of like liquid eyeliner applicators. I have only tried the dark brown colour but would have to say it’s a nice brown. The formula is liquid but it’s not runny so it’s very easy to apply. It has a very nice wear time too. I have some sparse patches in my brows but this stuff covered them nicely without looking blocky.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Brows for days [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never used a product such as this for my brows before, I usually stick to powders and pencil as it’s easy clean up if I make a mistake… this product being a liquid semi permanent situation scared me quite a bit having unsteady hands (tremor) but was keen to give it a go. I was taken aback at how easy this was to apply, probably the quickest I’ve ever filled in and defined my brows, without it looking like I’ve rushed it. A little product goes a long way in application, with the fine felt tip offering the ability to do soft delicate hair strokes, or go in a bit firmer for more defined lines without looking unnatural. Once applied the product dried down without transfer, but also had some hold to keep hairs in place all day without being ‘crunchy’ feeling. One thing to note is if I were to see the packaging in the shops, particularly the colour reference on the bottle, I wouldn’t have purchased this as the colour reference was waaaayyy off, I received soft brown which is a cool toned brown shade inside the bottle, which works great for me, but depicted on the bottle it is a very warm/orange based brown that was darker than what it is so I think a lot of people will miss out on a good product for this reason. I believe most people would have good success from this product.
