[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted this product to try but I ALMOST psyched myself out of trying it because of the fear of fishy taste but it was actually SO delicious; it tastes like actual jelly, i even looked forward to drinking it (I sipped on it, not shotted them!) and after drinking them regularly, I definitely noticed a difference in my skin clarity (no microbumps on my forehead) and brightness! Would absolutely recommend (and will buy again!)

It tastes so good and works so well. After 10 shots I noticed a huge difference with my skin. It felt smoother, fresher and healthier. My skin was glowing and not so dehydrated as it always is. I mix this with water which works better than adding it in anything else (if you love the taste of ice tea). The orange and mango flavour combination is really delicious! I have tried a shot in my morning fruit blend as well as with sparkling water and it tastes better chilled or cold. In terms of the positive improvements in my skin, hair and nails. After the first week I noticed my nails were stronger with less chipping. After ten day of having one shot per day, I noticed more of a difference in my skin which appeared brighter and less tired. I am yet to see in any chance with my hair, but after only ten days I would expect more time to see some noticeable change. Overall, I really like this product and would like to continue to consume it at least once a week and look forward to more positive impact on my appearance. The bottles make it look bigger but it really is only two mouthfuls. So it is quick and easy. The taste is a little artificial but not unpleasant. This comes in a box containing 10 amber bottles filled with this thick, delicious mango flavoured sweetness. I've had them both straight and mixed with water (hot tip - it's better with sparkling water than with still water), and it's fantastic with sparkling water. I found that it curbed my craving for other sweet drinks, and it also had the added benefit of nourishing my skin and nails! It certainly feels like my skin looks better as a result of drinking this regularly, and my nails also feel a little stronger. They are strong in flavor and the texture is smooth but kind of thick, taste very much like sweet mango puree’ I quiet enjoyed the flavor both ways. The portion you get is perfect for a big shot. It’s not too much. Straight from the bottle I skulled it, and diluted I sipped. The small glass bottle is so cute and are small enough to take with you on the go. It’s to early to tell if they worked as I need to keep using them but I’m excited for the results but I can say I did get a boost of energy as it has vital ingredients. I have gut issues and they haven’t upset my stomach which is a bonus. They have a super strong taste of orange and mango, it's slightly sour but in a good way. I did prefer diluting them slightly as it wasn't as sour and strong. Diluting it in water also helped me to gain a glass of water early in the morning. The packaging is really sturdy and you can bring it with you on the go. I'm excited to see how these help my hair, skin and nails. Especially my nails I find they have been more brittle lately so I'm excited to see if taking these helps them to become stronger. I fully intended on diluting these with something, as the bottle suggested, but I ended up drinking them straight and really enjoyed working these delicious little shots into my morning routine. If you don't enjoy very sweet drinks, I would recommend mixing them with something. I felt my skin tone appeared more vibrant and even. I’ve just had a baby so post partum hair loss is my biggest concern. My hair has definitely not been falling out and so far I’ve been able to keep it (woohoo)! The flavor of the shots is quite sweet (but flavor is nice), so I find it easier to drink as part of a shake/smoothie or diluted.
