Maui Moisture Curl Quench + Coconut Oil Shampoo is a sulfate free shampoo for curly hair. Rich coconut oil is blended along with papaya butter and plumeria extract to help hydrate, smooth and defrizz. Silicone free, paraben free, SLS free and vegan.

Directions

Apply shampoo generously to wet hair, massage into a lather through to ends, then rinse the hair thoroughly. After shampooing, follow with conditioner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lived up to the hype [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are so many good things about this product. First off, I'd like to say as someone who has very thick frizzy curly hair, this product is very well needed. My hair needs a lot of moisture or else, it will frizz in the first hour. With this shampoo, I felt like the moisture was locked tight in there so I didn't have to worry about frizz, even if I were to add friction to my hair by rubbing a towel on it to dry it. I was in love with the scent as soon as I opened the bottle. Unlike most natural hair care products I have tried, this shampoo made my scalp feel cleansed and it instantly felt healthier. Definite thumbs up from me!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for my curly hair [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost, I absolutely adore the scent of this shampoo, it's my favourite out of all that I've tried. It makes me feel like I’m on a tropical island. Secondly, I like the thick consistency of it, because I feel like it thoroughly coats each strand of my thick hair and it also creates a great lather, without being drying. I have curly hair that is prone to dryness and frizziness and this shampoo doesn't dry my hair out. After washing, my hair feels hydrated and clean, and when combined with the conditioner, it leaves my hair soft and bouncy. I will definitely continue to use this range and would recommend to other curly girls who need well-hydrating ingredients.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smells divine, hydrates just as well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The scent is the first thing that hits you with this shampoo. It is so divine, rich coconut and fresh. Would buy again for this reason, alone. The product is very thick and rich on curly hair, but also works to hydrate when using heat products. A very smart (!) addition is the different texture of the product labels between shampoo and conditioner - one is smooth and one is rough, great for quick grabs in the shower where the bottles almost match in every other way. My hair continued to smell great for a good week, and was hydrated but not oily. My only qualm is in the written description on the bottle - some clever marketing: Sulphate-Free SURFECTANTS (so not 100% sulphate free), Made with 100% Aloe as the FIRST ingredient (reads as 100% Aloe to the quick-glance). Bottle shape is good, sits well on the bathroom shelf.
