Directions

Directions for use
Adults Only - Dissolve 10g (two level scoops) in 300mL of cold water and consume immediately.
Low caffeine: Dissolve 5g (one level scoop) in 300mL of cold water and consume immediately.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst tasting supplement recently bought shred ultra advanced in grape flavour. I have to say this is the first time I've bought a bsc product and it tastes and Smells terrible. I feel like I just wasted $55 as I don't think I can drink it. I've been using supplements for about 4 years and this is the first time I've had this issues. It smells terrible and tastes awful. I did the right thing and contacted BSC and the best they could do was offer me a 25% discount on my next purchase. Maybe the other flavours are nice or I just got a dud tin but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
