Directions

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pink perfection [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this 3 in 1 spray. I trialled it with a straightener, blow dry and natural air dry. I was pleased with the results everytime. It really just adds in the third level of layering scent, hair protection and shine overall. I really loved using it as a heat protectant before straightening my hair. The shine was lustrous and even my ends looked beautiful, even though I'm in need of a trim. It's easy to use it up quite quickly if you're using it before straightening but the size is still quite generous. I took it with me on a girls weekend too and appreciated the travel size and sturdiness of the packaging. It's a lovely shade of pink too which stands out nicely in my bathroom. I would recommend this 3 in 1 spray to young and old as it really made a difference to styling and heat protection.

Found that you only need to use a minimal amount as it spreads well thought the scalp and hair. Leaves my hair smelling awesome and very shiny for days on end. My partner and kids also tried it and were happy with the smell and results besides needing to use more as they have very thick long hair. Have also been using in conjuction with the conditioner and hair shampoo for over a couple of week now and the results seem to get better and better as you use it more and more hopefully will see even better results in the next few weeks to a month. Very happy with the range from John Frieda and will purchase all their products in future and try any other new products that come on the market as they are in a good price range, smell good and have great long lasting effects that get better and better with each use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would buy again! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Of the shampoo, conditioner and spray, this was my favourite and one I will use consistently. I style my hair everyday so it's definitely exposed to high heat and Im always in a constant lookout for a heat protector that smells nice! This definitely smells lovely and one that I would use on its own even without styling. Smells floral and fruity at the same time. Hair just feels light, shiny and vibrant. Spray was easy to use. I love it. Wasnt the biggest fan of the shampoo and conditioner but I would definitely purchase this spray again.
