Rated 4 out of 5 by from Whole mouth clean I changed from cross action to these floss action replacement heads and HOLY MOLY! These brush heads were incredibly harsh on my teeth when I first put them in! After a week or so of use they softened enough (or maybe I just got used to them?), and they are perfectly fine now. They definitely feel like they clean more thoroughly than my previous cross action replacement brush heads. I think they may be a bit harsh if you have really sensitive teeth, but once they are 'broken in' they have been great for me.

However what they do not achieve is a complete replacement for dental floss. I found them to be very very similar to any other Oral-B brush heads available. Personally, I think no matter which Oral-B toothbrush or brush head you select, they are all pretty much the same. They are not bad but they certainly are not as described in the packet.

The different shape of the head definitely had the ability to get between the teeth using a flossing action. Even though I still flossed after brushing, this head is brilliant for the times you are time poor and cannot complete this task.

This could be that I wasn't used to it and it is bigger than my usual brush head. The more I use this brush head the more I like it. My teeth are so clean and my mouth feels fresh and healthy. The pack had three so it meant the whole family could try them at the same time. Everyone agrees that they work well and their teeth are clean.

One issue with the Oral-B Brush Heads is that gunk seems to get trapped in that window between the brush head and the Oral-B logo.

The brush heads are quite hard on your gums, so if you have sensitive gums I would definitely suggest using a softer brush head, but all in all a good product and they do as advertised

I’m not really a flosser (although I should) these toothbrush heads actually help heaps to get in between the teeth with the little bristles on them. My mouth definitely feels cleaner every day. I don’t think these could replace a good proper floss though.

Only issue was the packaging was difficult to open. I understand this may be anti theft packaging but it wasn’t easy to open. Once opened the heads were super simple to swap over. I really liked using these as I felt like the brush heads actually got into hard to reach areas where the old brush heads didn’t. Very impressed with these and would use them again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great clean feel [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally use the heads for sensitive teeth but wanted to trial this as it promises 100% more removal of decay - I was surprised at how much cleaner my teeth feels in comparison to the normal brush heads I use. The brushes are a little tougher on the gums however they have not caused any problems so far and I will continue to buy this instead if the second one in the pack also doesnt end up causing any problems. Highly recommend this brush head if you want a cleaner feel after brushing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Rough on the gums [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was taken aback by how rough the brush was on my gums when I first used it. Compared to the Oral-B Brush Head I was using before which was soft, this one was hard and firm on my teeth. It wasn't a pleasant experience to be honest. My gums bled when using it and needed to adjust to the firmness of the brush. I like the fact the colour changes when it is ready to be replaced. Keen to see what it looks like when this happens!
