Rated 4 out of 5 by from Clean and fresh [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were really great to use, they made my mouth feel fresh and clean and much more through clean than the previous head I had. Only issue was the packaging was difficult to open. I understand this may be anti theft packaging but it wasn’t easy to open. Once opened the heads were super simple to swap over. I really liked using these as I felt like the brush heads actually got into hard to reach areas where the old brush heads didn’t. Very impressed with these and would use them again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great clean feel [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally use the heads for sensitive teeth but wanted to trial this as it promises 100% more removal of decay - I was surprised at how much cleaner my teeth feels in comparison to the normal brush heads I use. The brushes are a little tougher on the gums however they have not caused any problems so far and I will continue to buy this instead if the second one in the pack also doesnt end up causing any problems. Highly recommend this brush head if you want a cleaner feel after brushing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cross Action Brush head [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trialing the cross action replacement, I found that I prefer the normal heads. The cross action was good for the grinding part of your teeth where I feel it may have gotten into areas not currently reached, but I found that on the surface of my teeth I preferred the closer brushing feel of the original head. I felt that the cross action deflected from the surface and concentrated more on the edges. Not a bad head, but I prefer others.

The Oral B Cross Action sounds like it would give a good clean but I found it to be just an average clean. I have an expensive electric toothbrush and found the Oral B heads I was previously using gave a better clean. I like smooth, shinny feeling clean teeth and these heads didn't do that for me, don't get me wrong, they clean your teeth pretty well, but for me it just didn't feel squeaky clean.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Rough on the gums [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was taken aback by how rough the brush was on my gums when I first used it. Compared to the Oral-B Brush Head I was using before which was soft, this one was hard and firm on my teeth. It wasn't a pleasant experience to be honest. My gums bled when using it and needed to adjust to the firmness of the brush. I like the fact the colour changes when it is ready to be replaced. Keen to see what it looks like when this happens!
