Rated 5 out of 5 by from Two and half years smoke free. Love Nicorette Quickmist. After 50 years at 40 a day I stopped cold-turkey overnight. Could not have done it without Nicorette Quckmist and, although I still have about 15-20 quick sprays a day, I haven’t had a cigarette in 2.5 years. I consider that a huge win and saved a staggering amount of money, not to mention the health benefits. Go on, you can do it.
