General Information

With patented hops extract, LifeNol® shown to reduce hot flushes associated with menopause

MenoPlus 8-PN® combines a blend of herbs and nutrients including LifeNol®, a patented hops extract, which has been shown to reduce hot flushes associated with menopause. Traditionally, in western herbal medicine, sage is used to reduce night sweats associated with menopause while lavender oil is used to relieve sleeplessness. Vitamin D supports bone health and vitamin C supports the functioning of the nervous system and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not overly impressed. I haven't noticed any difference/improvement with hot flushes/other menopausal symptoms, since starting to take these. I'm not giving them up entirely just yet - most menopausal supplements can take a while before having any significant effect - I haven't been taking them regularly enough to really be sure. That being said, these have disappointed me, as most other supplements would have provided some relief by now, and these weren't cheap. I'll update this if anything changes.
