Rated 5 out of 5 by from Collagen I honestly don’t know if collagen actually works. I take powder in the morning and a tablet at night. Friends always ask if it works and I just say to ask again when I’m 50. What I will say is that it doesn’t really assist with sleep. But it’s not an issue for me.
