The memory setting element makes the tedious task of pumping that much easier when living life as a busy mum. Would definitely recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Efficient pump [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to this product, pumping will only take half my lunch break when I return to work, compared to my whole lunch break with a single pump after 1st bub. Whilst I am yet to coordinate how to hold both sides and operate the machine with only 2 hands (think I need a pumping bra!) I got 2 sides to work at once effectively with solid milk production. My 4 month old won't take to the bottles provided, I think they have a newborn teat so may need to upsize them, but can easily transfer the milk to another bottle. The unit took some time to figure out and instruction manual is not comprehensive, but there is plenty of info online to learn how to use it. One tip, if it's upside down pushing the up arrow is actually the down arrow, so check orientation. Overall, a solid product which I would recommend. As an aside, the bags provided are also a great idea.

Was so easy to use and comfortable when using it ( doesnt hurt or pull like previous ones i have tried) The suction was great and was able to get more milk out than I normally do in less time. Definitely will be recommending this one to my new mumma friends.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Philips electric breast pump Great product does the job as expected.Lives upto its name like all Philips Avent products. Using it since a month and no complains. It has multiple nipple pressure settings for pumping into the bottle and the express setting to get the milk flowing before bubba latches on. Only drawback is that doesn’t work handsfree, you have to hold the pump throughout the process. One thing I noticed is the pressure works better if you remove the silicone pad on the nipple attachment.Also recommend buying a couple bottles separately as this comes with one bottle.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Avent Breast Pump The Philips Avent Single Electric Breast Pump Advanced is cute, compact, and effective! I love the packable design, lightweight feel, and comfortable fit. I'm a new mom with a 6-month-old and I typically breastfeed. However, I pump to have milk on hand for babysitters and mixing with purees. The longer I have been breastfeeding, though, the more challenging it has become to pump enough milk to make a bottle. I've been struggling with my letdown as my body has gotten accustomed to just responding to my baby. However, the first time I used this pump I had a productive pumping session! My favorite aspect of this pump is the silicone cushion because it has a very natural and comfortable feel, which I think helped me express more effectively. I didn't feel any rubbing or irritation while pumping, even on the first try! My only complaint has to do with the amount of parts involved.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Reliable Breast Pump I used this electric Philips Breast Pump as I had difficulty with breastfeeding. It came in handy when wanting an easy to use pump as an alternative to a manual pump. I only have not given 5 stars as it does not have a rechargeable battery (that was in the higher model which I couldn’t find in stores) and it was finicky to disassemble and clean. If looking for an electric breast pump though this is the way to go!

It was gentle on the nipples yet still provided powerful suction. Really did mimic the sucking motion of a newborn. Love how compact it is as well. It is very easy to use and felt like it was a top quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think Philips Avent Electric breast pumps have come a long way in the time since I last used one with my first baby. It was so much quieter and felt more compact to use and carry around. Ultimately it felt easier to use, put the pump to the breast and press a button. Simple. I liked that it could easily be plugged into the wall for use, instead of having to worrying about batteries. I did find that I had to sit forward when using it to make sure I got the most milk out instead of being able to sit back, which would have been a bit more comfortable. My baby seemed to really like the teat on the bottle (which was included). Even when I touched it before giving it to him, it felt so soft and almost skin like to touch. I was very impressed by that and he took to the bottle immediately.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A comfortable expressing experience [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with this breast pump. The silicon cushion that sits on the funnel is soft, comfortable and a great feature. It seals over the breast helping to prevent leaks which means you don't have to lean forward to express saving my back and neck. This is a game changer and a feature you don't see on other breast pump machines. The machine is not too loud and a god send for any mums out there who have to pump at work. There is a cap included you can place over the the funnel to keep it clean and preventing spillage if you have to suddenly get up during expressing. The machine is easy to use and it is easy to adjust the settings to suit you. Everything you need to pump is included in the box. I highly recommend this pump although I prefer a double breast pump to maximise on time and a model that allows me to use the machine on the go with an option of using batteries when needed. Overall, I favour the avent breast pump for a more comfortable expressing experience.

It doesn’t hurt at all. It has a natural suction extracting maximum breast milk. I was extremely pleased with the product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great breast pump, fantastic quality! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The breast pump works wonderfully. It is soft on your breasts and nipples. The only disadvantages to the pump is that it doesn’t seem to have a function where you can use it on batteries. You have to be sitting near a power point and have it plugged in which can be a bit tricky when already balancing bottles with expressed milk. The only other disadvantage was that I found it a bit bitsy, there were quite a few bits to put the pump things together. Once you have done it a few times you know where they all go. But can be frustrating having so many bits to prep it. Overall I felt comfortable using the pump as it was gentle on my breasts and nipped and the quality of it is good.

On top of the nipple trauma that it has caused for me ( because the nipple cushion is not suitable in size which means it's not suitable for all sizes as advertised on the box), it does not pump the milk unless I push on my breast with my arms which has caused extra pain for me, it also does not pump ALL the milk out. I am very disappointed and upset because I hoped it will help me increase my milk supply.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Only last for 7 months Received this breast pump as a gift. However, it’s only last for 7 months. Motor keep stopping in between when I tried to pump in 15mins. It works well at the beginning but until recently I found the motor started having some funny noise when it pumps. Tried to find a repair contact from this website but couldn’t. Hope someone will see my comments and reply my message.
