During times of stress, this supplement relieves your excess nervous energy when dietary intake is inadequate and helps your muscles feel relaxed. Inositol supports nerve conduction and magnesium relieve restlessness when dietary intake is inadequate while the addition choline helps the synthesis of neurotransmitters It just takes one scoop a day of
this lemon flavoured vegetarian formula.

Directions

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New formula isn’t effective I have been a loyal user of this product for about 3 years and up until the recent change in formula it was working extremely well. My cramps in my calf muscles and feet had all gone and it also supported a good nights sleep. Since they have changed to the new formula my cramps have returned and my sleep quality has diminished. I have been a huge advocate of this product (recommending it to my mother in law - whose cramps have also returned since the change - and to all my friends and family) and sadly now I have to say it’s rubbish and will no longer be recommending or using it. I’m curious to know what they have changed? The new formula is terrible and no longer works. They have made a big mistake changing from the old formula because that worked and worked exceptionally well. I’m sovery disappointed that I now have to go and source an alternative. I have one unopened container and all it is fit for is the bin. Please change it back. They will lose loyal consumers of this product I’d they don’t.
