On the outside, this oral liquid formulation is packed with key ingredients to help maintain the health of skin, hair and nails and keep you looking your best. On the inside, Silica Liquid also helps support your collagen, joint cartilage and tendons health. It also maintains bone strength, mass and mineralisation in premenopausal women. This vegan, citrus flavoured oral liquid provides convenience and ease of dosing. Adults: Take 5mL (1 metric teaspoon) once a day, mixed with water or your favourite juice.
