The Cross action is a more soft-medium head with good brushing action. The Floss action seems like king of tooth brush heads. Interesting little floss pieces that move from side to side. I would almost rate it as firm, but very gentle at the same time. Not rough like a normal firm brush, but rather firm and more pressure in a gentle way. Can’t comment on longevity as i replace them every couple of months

You would not go back to a a manual toothbrush with these - they are so much better controlling brushing techniques and improving overall teeth and mouth health.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy teeth and gums [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Oral B Cross Action and Floss Action brush heads are compatible with my Vitality Range Oral B toothbrush. Both types of heads have been a great addition to my dental care. I found the floss action head really effective in removing food stuck in between my teeth and overall very thoroughly brushed. Also, the bristles are firm yet gentle enough to give a thorough cleanse. I’ve also liked the round head which feels like it’s circular motion cups my teeth effectively for individual brushing. The cross action head has been a staple in my dental care routine and always a winner. The bristles are gentle, and work to give a fresh clean and polished feel. I love this brand, always reliable and a trusted brand.

It is so handy to have 2 options available in the one packet. We already use the cross action brush heads and really liked the results of the floss action brush heads. Would highly recommend this product! It is easy to use with great results.

The Floss action bristles appeared weirdly shaped upon opening the packet but once used on the brushed proved an effective clean. The brush head seemed to be well contoured to my teeth and my mouth felt very clean after brushing. The bristles were quite firm and clean felt powerful and deep. Five stars for the Floss action head. Next I tried the cross action brush head and was not as impressed. It still provided a good clean but the bristles were softer and my teeth and gums did not feel as good as they did using the other brush head. Still an improvement on my regular brush. I love the fact the brush head changes colour to advise when replacement is required but have not yet experienced this with my brush heads.

The brushes are fantastic quality which I expect with Oral B. They are easy to use. The brush cleans in hard to reach places and between the teeth very well, leaving teeth feeling clean. I like the fact the bristles change colour, showing you when you need to replace the brush. Will definitely be buying again to keep my teeth in tip top condition.

The bristles are fairly gentle on my gums and clean my teeth well. 3/5 The Oral-B Floss Action Brush Head is a game changer. I found the bristles to be a little firmer and the four yellow rubber bristles are brilliant at cleaning in between teeth and along the gum line. The oval size is a little larger than the Oral-B Cross Action Brush Head which takes a bit of getting used to, but I find my teeth are much cleaner using this Brush Head. 5/5
