I have this product another go and I have had fantastic results. I think that I wasn't using it properly. It fights pimples and controls oil. It is really a great product and I hope that it is never discontinued. I love it now.

I really love this Neutrogena Advanced Acne Serum! I have sensitive skin and get small breakouts on my chin and around my nose. Using this serum along with the Neutrogena Advanced Acne Cleanser. I’ve noticed a big difference in my breakouts. A little does go a long way. My skin feels so much smoother and it generally it just feels great! Definitely recommend giving this serum a try!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cleared up my cystic acne I've noticed a huge improvement in my skin since incorporating this product into my skincare routine. I'm in my early 30s and still suffer from hormonal acne, which I get around my chin. I've been using this serum for just over 2 months now, one pump, twice a day and I'm nearly halfway through my second bottle already. I've been using chemical exfoliants daily for a few years now (and still use these other products under this acne serum) and my skin hasn't reacted badly to the 10% solution at all. I layer this serum over my current chemical exfoliant toners and then use a gel moisturiser on top. Not only does my skin feel smoother, but my red, post-acne marks are fading and I haven't had any of the large cystic acne I usually frequently get in around 2 months. I still get very small little pimples around my chin every so often, but they're so rare and small that I hardly notice them - and they're gone in a few days. I've used so many acne creams and expensive acne serums that just didn't work well for my skin, so I'm so happy that this serum has really worked for me, especially given that it doesn't even cost half of what I was paying for other products that promised the same results. The serum itself doesn't feel greasy on the skin, is light and absorbs well and I don't notice any smell to the product. Given that's it is a 10% solution though, I you're not used to chemical exfoliants I'd definitely recommend patch testing before using.
