Common Uses

Consume 30 mins prior to your workout for the extra energy boost to get you in the gym or training. 

Ingredients

L-Arginine, Tri Creatine Malate, Beta Alanine, Beta Alanine, L-citrulline, L-Tyrosine, L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Glutamine, Taurine, L-Carnitine Tartrate, Caffeine Glucuronolactone, Folic Acid, Magnesium Citrate, Zinc Gluconate, Vit B3, Vit B5, Vit B6, Vit B12, Vit C Maltodextrin, Citric acid, Stabiliser (466), Silicon dioxide, Sucralose, Acesulphame Potassium, Colour (129), Flavours, Ginger, Ascorbic acid. Contains Soy Lecithin.

Directions

Mix 9g (approx. 1 scoop) into 200ml of cold water and stir until dissolved.
