Though, on the bottle, it says that it lasts for 24 hours, which is not exactly true, as the directions state that you have to use it twice daily, which means that each dose lasts for 12 hours. It also says to use a capful each time. I found that using a capful was too much, and instead used just over half a capful. I really like that this oral rinse is alcohol free and is made from natural ingredients. It's gentle on the mouth.
