Rated 5 out of 5 by Bernadette from Effective deodorant I am quite obsessed with deodorants and in general not smelling pongo under my armpits, as I always get stuck next to the person who has never heard of deodorant, on the train, and it's the worst! This Nivea Black and White aerosol bottle was quite large, so I know it will last for quite a while which is good. I also like the twist top as a safety feature for young children or if you were travelling, so it doesn't go everywhere. This deodorant has a clean and pleasant smell which I would check through the day if it has started to wear off, but it really did keep me dry and pong-less all day! I also tried to wear a lot of black tops whilst testing this out to see if any white marks were present, and the white marks were only there on my clothes if I had sprayed too close. Always spray from about 10cm or so from underarms so there are definitely no white marks. All up, I liked this deodorant and will buy again.

After applying the spray, there was no irritation on the skin after use. It does not leave any white patches or residue on the skin after use. The deodorant works wonders and provides fantastic protection throughout the day especially when exercising. The spray is very powerful and reliable. This is the best spray deodorant that I have used, I really like that there was no irritation or marks left on skin or clothing from the spray deodorant. I really love the fragrance of this deodorant. It has a pleasant baby powder smell, that is not overpowering. The scent is gentle and very appealing. The scent is also long lasting and is refreshing all day. The packaging used for this deodorant is also very appealing as it is very bright and the patches of colour help this deodorant can stand out well which makes you want to learn more about about it.

I didn't notice any sweating through the deodorant all day and night, and no odour either. The smell isn't too strong and overpowering, but rather fresh and clean - a bit powdery. The spray mechanism can be locked too if you want to take it places and don't want any accidental leaks. As the bottle claims, this deodorant didn't leave any marks on black clothing so I appreciate that. The bottle also claims it gives 48 hour protection but I'd say it gave 24 hours and needed reapplication after that. I've sweat through Nivea deodorants before but I can definitely tell that this max protection one is stronger than the others and is more suited to my sweaty self. I would continue to repurchase this as it works well and I have no complaints.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bernadette from Good aerosol deodorant, leaves no marks This is a good aerosol deodorant, and it leaves no marks on your clothing as it says on the bottle. It is good at stopping both sweat and smell from under your arms. It has a pleasant smell too, and does not sting, even after shaving. One quick spray is all you need for all day coverage. I used it on the weekend, then we went on a long walk. It was a warm day, so I usually would have had some body odour. Instead, I found that whilst I was sweaty on my back and under my breasts, under my arms where I had used this product had no moisture nor smell. I was quite pleased with this. As such, I would buy it again if the price was reasonable, and would recommend to others. The product has a nice smell, and is easy to use. I was impressed with the results.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bernadette from Stops Sweat Fast My first impression of using this deodorant was that it has a very pleasant smell and the fragrance was definitely not too overpowering. I am comfortable to wear my normal everyday fragrance when i am wearing this and can be assured that the scent would not clash. This is a deodorant that i can trust that does the job of stopping my sweat in unwanted times, and it definitely works immediately. I have not worn this for 48 hours straight, but i can definitely say it is very effective for a long day of work outside. Neither was the scent nor the effectiveness of stopping sweat wear off during the day, which is great. It definitely did not leave any marks or stain on the clothing. I have sensitive skin and i definitely have experienced a lot of irritation from most of the deodorants i have tried, but this definitely left my skin intact. It is a spray nozzle in an aerosol can, which is the most suitable and hygienic applicator for deodorant.

I spray It every day in the morning and I can still smell it at the end of the day so the product is very long lasting and keeps you very fresh.I did a spin class and was all sweaty and it still lasted on me after that. I also really like the scent it is subtle but nice. I have sensitive skin and it doesn't irritate it or anything. The only thing I noticed a couple times was when I sprayed it and these dry white blobs formed and fell off so I'm not too sure why it happened like if I didn't shake it or was spraying too close to my skin but it doesn't really bother me. I would recommend this product to my friends and family I and will continue to purchase after it runs outs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bernadette from A new favourite! I recevied thie Nivea Black & White Max Protection Deodorant Anti-Perspirant Aerosol to trial. I do prefer using aerosol over roll-on as I like the dry effect of a deodorant. The only downside with aerosol is that it can leave white stains on clothing so I was excited to try this. I love the clean scent and the long lasting freshness that I feel and can smell. The size of the can is much larger than other brands I use so I feel you get more product. I have been using this all week and am happy to say that there wasn't any marks, stains or white residue on any of my clothes. This will be perfect for summer when I wear mainly sleeveless tops. As for protection, I feel that it definitely kept me fresh for at least 24 hours. I am unsure if it will protect for 48 hours as I shower daily. I guess the true test is in Summer when we sweat more and are more active. Will repurchase.

I received this product to trial as part of the trial team and i am really grateful that i was selected to trial this product. Overall, i am really happy with how well this deodorant works. It does everything it claims and i even like the smell of it. My underarms felt very soft and moisturised after using this deodorant in comparison to other brands i have tried. I also noticed that it left no residue on dark or light clothing which is a massive plus. It is easy to use and didn't irritate my sensitive skin at all. I found that it also lasted really long and that I didn't have to keep re-applying it. I have tried other Nivea deodorants before, but this one has been my favourite so far. Overall, a really great product that i will be purchasing in the future and recommending to my friends.

I used it for a full week and was very happy. This anti perspirant does what it claims. I applied it when I wore black and white outfits and found it left no powdery marks on my clothes. I use anti perspirants everyday and this one is the best with black and white clothing. No powder marks and no stains. In terms of the smell, I really like the fragrance. I only had to spray a little and this deodorant has a fresh smell that last the whole day. Even on days I am running around picking up groceries I would feel fresh at the end of the day. The spray can is easy to use and not much different to other brands. I feel the label could do with something more eye catching as it looks very similar to another deodorant brand. I definitely would purchase this product again when I finish this can. Love it!

I used many different brands' deodorants, for example Dove, Rexona and also Nivea(not the Black & White Max Protection Deodorant Anti-Perspirant Aerosol). Most of the products do not stay longer. I can smell the strong fragrance of the deodorant and the effectiveness is not strong enough. I even tried the natural deodorant but it also did not work well. However when I tried Nivea Black & White Max Protection Deodorant Anti-Perspirant Aerosol, I could feel freshness on my skin. I really hate that sticky and wet feeling when I use Roll-on type deodorant. Nivea Black & White Max Protection Deodorant Anti-Perspirant Aerosol never leaves sticky feeling or wetness on my skin. It keeps my armpit fresh and smooth, and also removes unpleasant feeling and smell. Most importantly Nivea Black & White Max Protection Deodorant Anti-Perspirant Aerosol does not leave any mark on my white or black clothes. I strongly recommend this product!

I thought this was great, strong, long lasting with a uniquely pleasant smell. Note: I did leave it on its side instead of standing up and it leaked all over my dresser - this hasn't happened with other aerosol deodorants.

I barely sweat and when I do the amount is very small, so anti-perspirant is very new to me. In terms of effectiveness, I probably do not have very useful comments (nothing else to compare with) however I like that this anti-perspirant does not stain my clothes and it also does not have a very strong fragrance.

Rated 4 out of 5 by kazfoodie from No stains and keeps me dry This anti-perspirant deodorant is a must have in everyone’s bag or bathroom. It has a pleasant scent which is not too overpowering. It definitely helps with odour and keeps you sweat-free. I’m usually not a fan of aerosol deodorants as they are more likely to cause white powdery marks than roll-ons. Having a good deodorant prevents sweat buildup which is what you need if wearing white clothes. Nivea’s deodorant didn’t cause any stains or residue after spraying (especially when wearing dark clothes) and was able to keep me refreshed and dry throughout the day.

Rated 4 out of 5 by A.M. from All day freshness As a Nivea Insider I was given the newest Black & White Max Protection Anti-Perspirant. I’m quite fussy when it comes to antiperspirants and with very sensitive skin it has been a challenge to find the right one. The Black & White Max is easy to apply with a fresh scent and leaves no marks on your clothes, even blacks! At the end of the day when getting undressed there is no residue on the armpits which is perfect. This keeps me dry during the hottest of days or during a workout and there is no body odour at all. During times of exertion you get a stronger hit of the deodorants fragrance which I personally am uncertain if I like or not. This is definitely an antiperspirant that lives up to its name.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bernadette from Does what it says on the can I'm a long time user of Nivea deodorants so I was happy to be chosen for this trial team. Like most of Nivea's deodorants, this has a light baby powder scent that doesn't linger for too long which is good if you are worried about it clashing with your perfume or body lotion. I applied this as I normally would, after my morning shower. I'm not usually a user of spray deodorant but I'm not adverse to it. This sprays evenly and doesn't leave you choking in a cloud of white! I haven't found that it transfers to black clothes or stains white clothes, but I have never had this problem with their deodorants anyway. It definitely provides good antiperspirant protection. I found after my exercise that it was probably the only part of my body that was dry! And it definitely kept any BO at bay! It hasn't irritated my underarm skin, the only day I don't use it is when I've just shaved (but I do this with all deodorants). I cant really speak to the 48 hour protection claim as I shower every day. I do notice that I can still feel a layer of the product after I've washed so perhaps it does last longer than a day even if you didn't reapply.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bernadette from Long Lasting Deodorant I was given the Nivea black and white max protection deodorant and anti perspirant to try out. I would say that the amount that I sweat is average but when I'm very stressed or I'm working out I will obviously sweat a lot more. Therefore I like to use an anti perspirant that will keep my underarms dry and smelling fresh throughout the whole day without having to worry about whether I need to use it again or not. The product claims to work for 48 hours but I didn't find that to be the case. After 24 hours I was ok but I definitely needed to use it again. It's an aerosol which is my preferred way of using deodorant as it's much easier to use and it sprays evenly. When I first sprayed it I found that the scent was quite similar to baby powder which wasn't too bad but it's not the type of scent I was expecting. I found that when you sprayed the deodorant too close it did leave some white residue and marks underneath my arms. When I took the can a bit farther and then sprayed it was clean and I didn't have any issues with white marks on my clothes. The product will definitely keep your underarms dry and smelling nice and I only have to spray it once a day. My underarms are also very sensitive and dry and this product didn't give me any issues - there was no stinging or irritation which was great.

I used the product on 4 separate occasions where I was exercising on all days to see if the deodorant worked under pressure. The fragrance was like a strong talcum powder which reminded me of helping my mother get ready when I was a child, so it evoked a nostalgic happy feeling. It sprayed on easily and cool from the can and dried quickly. I did not notice it on my skin after application and I was comfortable wearing it. I had no reaction or itchiness. I personally get quite sweaty under my arms after working out so looked forward to seeing how efficient the deodorant was going to be. On all occasions there was only minimal break through which I was pleased with and impressed. Also I usually shower straight afterwards but after using this deodorant I felt less sweaty and I felt confident enough to leave the house without having to shower.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bernadette from Great protection I often find sprays aren't as strong as a roll-on and find myself having a BO smell after a workout as opposed to a roll-on. This was a breath of fresh air because it has turned my opinion around. The wear time was great after a workout which is super important. More importantly it's a great everyday use product as I can confidently say I feel protected and fresh all day. It's a great travel size as well for when we are on the go, and you can chuck it in your handbag. I thoroughly enjoyed that this spray didn't leave any white residue on my clothes which I often struggle with other sprays. I often think it's because I hold the bottle too close to my skin when I spray, but with this spray it wasn't the case at all. Overall I recommend this by Nivea. I found the packaging to be unisex which means my partner can also use it, so that was a great design from Nivea.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bernadette from Love the scent and it works well I received this deodorant as part of a Beautyheaven trial and I have been using the product daily for the last few weeks. I really love the fragrance of this deodorant - it is quite feminine with a very fresh, floral scent to it. I love that it still smells the same at the end of the day. The aerosol container feels like it has been ergonomically designed as it sits nicely in my hand. The design is simple with the big blue Nivea logo and the simple black, white and red colours on the tin. I felt that the deodorant works quite well, I still get a bit sweaty during the day when I was stressing out or when I was doing a workout but not as much as I normally would. I normally feel the need to reapply my deodorant throughout the day but I didn't need to when using the 48hr deodorant. I normally notice that I an be a bit smelly by bedtime and definitely before I shower the following day - this wasn't the case while I was using this deodorant. The deodorant still has that lovely scent at the end of the day even though I had been a bit sweaty. I had a lazy weekend one weekend and was surprised that I was still smelling quite fresh when I went without a shower for over 24 hours. I did find that at times I did get some white marks on my black clothes when I was applying it but that was probably because I didn't follow the instructions to the T and hold the can 15cm away.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bernadette from Subtle fresh scent + long lasting I have a very sensitive skin type when it comes to deodorants, however, this deodorant pleasantly surprised me. Usually, my skin is very itchy after using aerosols, using the Nivea Black & White protection, I didn't! I was rash-free. The deodorant did really well at protecting me all day long and overnight, it felt light and fresh without leaving a nasty residue, unlike other brands I have used. Additionally, straight after applying, I was able to put a black top straight on, without the deodorant leaving behind any nasty white marks. When first applying it does have a baby powdery smell that I initially didn't like, but after it settles on the skin it smells more like a subtle fresh soap which I don't mind. I still prefer roll-on deodorants as a personal preference, but as an aerosol deodorant, I couldn't fault it. Would purchase again.

So I was quite excited to be selected to trial the Black & White Anti-Perspirant deodorant. The first time I applied the deodorant, I did not follow the instructions and found a little bit of white mark on my black workout top. My mistake. For my second time, I kept my distance and nothing transferred to my shirt. I felt the baby talcum powder smell was initially too strong for my nose but the scent does recede as time goes on and it is a much better smell than my BO. I had applied the deodorant in the morning and I felt it kept me dry and feeling fresh until the end of the day. I haven't been able to test the 48hr protection claim, so I cannot attest to that. Yet. Perhaps someone can test this on a camping trip, as the can is not too large to pack in the bags. Overall, I prefer the convenience of using aerosol deodorant and would definitely buy this again once I finish this can.

One of the first things I noticed was the touches of red on the can - something different. It does make the product look different. I do like that the can does not have a separate lid so it does not get lost if i was taking it away on holidays. I do think some people may find it hard to open at times. I did find that the spray comes out of the can very quickly - quicker than other sprays. It did not bother me but i did notice it the first time i used it. The spray has not scent so that it is good - so it does not clash with perfume or other sprays. I do not think the spray was any different or better than other Nivea products.
