Otrivin Breathe Clean Daily Nasal Cleanser is a preservative-free, natural, isotonic seawater solution which washes away impurities in the nose including pollen, dust & pollutants. This product contains natural Aloe Vera extract, which is known to have soothing and moisturising properties.

HOW IT WORKS: Otrivin Breathe Clean Daily Nasal Cleanser uses a combination of seawater solution and Aloe Vera. It washes away excess mucus and allergens, including pollen & dust. It cleanses the nasal airways, thins and loosens nasal secretions, to assist their removal. This natural spray helps you to clean your nose.

WHO IS IT FOR: Otrivin Breathe Clean Daily Nasal Cleanser is a nasal wash which can be used everyday, by anybody the age of six years and above, who want to cleanse, moisturise and soothe a dry and irritated nose.

HOW OFTEN TO USE: Otrivin Breathe Clean Daily Nasal Cleanser can be used everyday as often as needed, but usually 1-2 times a day per nostril should be enough to maintain a clean nose to breathe cleaner. Always read the label.

HOW TO USE: Start by cleaning your nose, wash your hands, remove spray cap and prime the spray once into the air before use, tilt your head to one side and insert the nozzle into the upper nostril, spray briefly (2 to 3 seconds), tilt the head to the other side and repeat for the other nostril, do not blow nose to allow product to act for a few seconds (wipe if necessary), then blow nose if needed.

Do not use the product in case of allergy to any of the ingredients (see ingredients list).
Do not use a broken or damaged product. Do not place in microwave.
You should consult a doctor before using Otrivin Breathe Clean following a nasal operation or injury.
Due to its cleansing properties, Otrivin Breathe Clean should be used first when using another local nasal product (e.g. for cold or allergic rhinitis).
Otrivin Breathe Clean may be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding, ask your doctor or pharmacist before using it.
Content under pressure: keep away from sunlight and do not expose to temperature over 50°C.
Pressurised container: May burst if heated.
Keep away from heat / sparks / open flames / hot surfaces. -No smoking.
Do not pierce or burn it, even after use.

Ingredients

Aloe Vera powder, seawater and purified water. Nitrogen is added as an inert propellant gas in the pressurised device. The propellant gas is not in contact with the solution.

Active Ingredients: Isotonic seawater solution with aloe vera.

Directions

The usual frequency of use is 1 to 2 times a day per nostril. If necessary, the product can be used as often as needed. Otrivin Breathe Clean is suitable for adults and children from 6 years of age.
For children below 11 years Otrivin Breathe Clean should be used under adult supervision.
In elderly or disabled people, the use of the device may require help from an adult.
Under normal conditions of use, as indicated, Otrivin Breathe Clean is well tolerated.
For hygienic reasons and to avoid contamination, the nasal spray should only be used by one person.
1. Blow the nose if necessary.
2. Before and after using Otrivin Breathe Clean, wash your hands carefully.
3. Remove the protective cap of the spray.
4. If the spray has not been used for a long time, prime the spray once into the air before use. In case the spray nozzle is blocked, clean it under hot running water and dry it properly with a clean tissue.
5. For children and adults who can use the product on their own:
6. Lean the head forward over a basin, tilted to one side, so that it is as horizontal as possible.
7. Insert the nozzle in the upper nostril and spray briefly
(2 to 3 seconds).
8. Then, tilt the head to the other side and repeat in the other nostril.
9. Allow the product to act for a few seconds. Do not blow the nose during this time but wipe it if necessary.
10. Then, blow the nose if needed.
11. After each use, clean the nozzle under hot running water, dry it properly with a clean tissue and put the protective cap back on.
12. Clean the actuator with hot water. Do not use chemical materials or dishwashing liquid or disinfectant. Do not use microwave.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Keep the product out of the reach and sight of children. Do not use the product after the expiry date shown on the packaging. Store the spray in the original packaging box. Store between 0°C and 25°C.
Do not store into the fridge. Do not freeze.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saw it on the tele Normally not a fan of nasal preparations, especially the ones that you have to inhale, I saw Otrivin Breathe Clear advertised on "What's on in the Warehouse?" on the tele, & was impressed by the claims that it both cleaned & moisturised the nasal passages, using natural isotonic seawater & aloe vera. Tried it, and am now using it morning & night. My sinuses have been so irritated for almost a year now, & had tried many things, with minimal relief. Otrivin Breathe Clear, however, has provided me with the best relief yet, & will now be a regular addition to my sinus care regime.
