Directions

Apply morning and/or night to the face, eyes and lips with a cotton pad or directly with the fingertips. Tissue off gently without rubbing. If required use Avène Thermal Spring Water to rinse off. Suitable for use in children (aged 2 years and up) and adults.

This cleanser has been amazing for the days where my skin is particularly sensitive and irritated. It gently and effectively cleanses my skin. It's also mildly hydrating, so I don't get that awful squeaky clean feeling on my already irritated skin afterwards. LOVE IT!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My skin breaks out every time I try a new product - I have used Avene products before ( and seriously missed the original Gentle Cleanser) and wanted something suuuper gentle after my face has been inflamed with acne (especially from face masks) and this product was a literal life saver. It didn't sting, it didn't strip my skin, I didn't have any 'purge' but instead my skin drunk it up and stayed hydrated. If you're unsure about the 'rinse-free' factor, don't be! It is a joy and feels amazing under makeup through the day! Could not recommend this product enough!

Not so much as a tingle on my skin and no dryness after use. It glides on very smooth and my skin feels soft after use. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a gentle option.

It also works as a light make up remover leaving your skin feeling soft and hydrated. Must I add it's as a no rinse agent. Highly recommended :)

I have very sensitive skin but this hasn’t broken me out or given me a reaction because it’s very gentle on the skin. I love this product because it makes your skin feel very hydrated. I don’t wear a full face or water proof mascara, it’s mainly layers of sunscreen with light foundation for even tone. This doesn’t need to be washed off but I still prefer and it doesn’t leave any residue either on skin. Another gentle cleanser win from Avene!

My favourite thing is that I don't need to rinse with water which means I can look after my skin on the go as well. Definitely a great find!

The product cleans my face thoroughly and my skin feels refreshed and silky smooth. It's super easy to use, you just apply the product to a cotton pad and wipe, no need to rinse! My skin doesn't feel tight or dry, it is dewy and hydrated with the Avene Tolerance cleanser. I love that it is fragrance free! it's also really amazing at removing make up from your face, especially around the eye area. This product has significantly improved my skin quality!

And this cleanser did not disappoint! The texture is watery and smooth, and its cleansing action is gentle enough that it doesn't strip away your natural oils or disrupt the moisture barrier. While it's not one to reach for if you want to take off heavy makeup, I love it as a second cleanse or morning cleanse. It leaves my skin feeling clean but never stripped or dry. Big thumbs up from me!

Most gentle cleansers aren’t great at getting makeup off but this worked fine, even on heavier makeup days. My skins become more sensitive with summer approaching, so it was very welcome to find something gentle enough to work into my daily routine! I can see myself repurchasing for sure.

The Avene Tolerance Gentle Cleanser is gentle enough to use on the most sensitive of skin. I absolutely love using this product as my morning cleanse. It instantly refreshes and leaves my skin feeling clean but hydrated and nourished. It also isn't irritating on my eyes. This cleanser is a non rinse formula which is great if you are travelling to an area with 'hard' or impure water. All you need is a makeup wipe to gently wipe away the excess. If your skin is feeling sensitive or dry this cleanser would be a great option.
