So I didn't want to try during the heavier flow. I used it for day 4 - when the flow was not too heavy. The period was perfectly captured!! The only problem was the fit. I normally wear size 10 but this underwear seemed to cut into my buttocks cheeks a little. But it didn't hurt! Overall, I was quite happy with this product.
