I’ve been working long hours in the hospital over the last few months and I started to look quite tired and aged. This has been such a blessing. My skin looks so much more youthful and fresh since I started using this once a day. The fine lines and tired look has almost vanished in 5 days. I put it on first thing in the morning and let the magic happen. Not only does my face look better, my skin is so much softer too. I’m chuffed with the results. I also really love the container. It’s very cute and transportable. I love that the ingredients are all natural. It doesn’t cause any irritation to my sensitive skin like some other brands that I’ve tried. It’s a win win product. I can’t think of anything negative to say and I’ve recommended it to multiple people already!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My new holy grail! I was so excited to try out this product from Glow Lab as part of BH’s Natural Beauty Month. I’m an active seeker of natural, clean and green products and ingredients and have heard many great things about Glow Lab’s line. Firstly, I am absolutely in love with the packaging. The outer packaging consists of a 100% recyclable cardboard box complete with a well-designed font layout and strikes of rose gold foil. The packaging containing the product however, is insanely gorgeous and well presented, consisting of a 100% recyclable glass container complete with rose gold screw-top lid. I love rose gold and I find the inclusion of glass to not only be environmentally responsible but also creates a sense of luxury and finesse. This is definitely a cream that would take pride on your night stand or in a well presented bathroom cabinet or top. It is rare to see brands using glass in their packaging and I’m delighted to see this innovation. The product itself excited me as its ingredients and MultiEx Rosanic technology really pertains to my skin type which is a little on the complicated side. I have sensitive combination skin with Rosacea and Psoriasis which I aim to combat alongside fine lines and intermittent dryness. I found this cream to soothe my redness and provide and instantly hydrating effect, soaking in almost instantly whilst plumping and prepping my skin. I found my face was slightly mattified and nourished throughout the day and did not show any signs of oil or dehydration. As I have only started using this cream, I am yet to see the full effects that I believe it will provide my skin in the long term which is continued reduction in redness and fine lines. I have been actively seeking new products to protect and improve my skin’s natural barrier and I look forward to the continued effects of using this cream.

I was excited to be given the opportunity to trial this day cream, especially as it claims to reduce redness as well as smooth fine lines and improve moisture retention. After just several days of using every morning, the redness on my cheeks and nose appears to have eased and my skin looks much softer and smoother. The cream is so soft and silky that it feels almost velvety and the scent is pleasant without being overpowering. It is easy to apply and left my skin feeling beautifully moisturised for the entire day. The only disappointment I have with the cream is that it does not include any SPF sun protection built in, which I would have preferred. I do love that it contains natural botanical extracts and that it does not use parabens or sulphates Overall, I am very happy with how lovely my skin looks after using this day cream.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soothing Glow Lab is a brand that I wasn’t familiar with so thank you to Beauty Heaven for the opportunity to trial and review the Age Renew Soothing Day Cream. The cream comes in a 50g jar with a lovely rose gold lid. It is white and has a lovely texture. It absorbed very well and my skin felt very hydrated all day. One thing though, in this day and age I would have expected it to have SPF 15 at least. I will be interested to see how the cream performs long term, as I do have redness on my cheeks and nose and the information on the box claims to reduce irritation and redness as well as accelerate skin renewal and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Time will tell. I would be very interested to try the Glow Lab Night Cream in conjunction with the Glow Lab Soothing Day Cream as one must surely compliment the other.

I feels luxurious from the packaging, to the jar and product. I have quite sensitive skin and have not had any problems with using this product. I do wish the product contained SPF since it is a day time cream. I am just reaching an age where I am wanting antiaging treatment from my skin care products so this was great. Over the time I have trialled this day cream I have noticed a reducing of redness around my mouth. The cream applies very smoothly and absorbs into the skin well. I found it worked well under make up and kept my skin feeling hydrated. Being cruelty free and vegan is a nice bonus of this product. It is also really great that the packaging and product jar is recyclable. I hope they bring out a formula that has SPF in it.

This cream is designed to help improve skin moisture retention, reduce redness, calm the skin and smooth fine lines. It is suitable for sensitive skin, which is great. It works to strengths the skin’s natural barrier and helps to protect the skin against damage from environmental pollution, which given the state of the environment at present is a very good thing. This cream is free from chemical nasties. The cream is water based and has some lovely ingredients such as sunflower seed oil, sugar beet extract, licorice root extract, blueberry fruit extract, rosehip fruit oil, coconut oil, shea butter, vitamin E and ginger root extract. The cream has a light scent, which I can’t quite place, but I find it quite pleasant. It has a medium consistency and goes on very smoothly onto my skin. It is quickly absorbed into my skin and leaves it looking and feeling smooth and hydrated. My skin feels very supple and soft after I use this cream. It even makes my pores look smaller and I feel it has really helped with my overall skin texture. Great day cream, but I do wish it included SPF in it. I think it is an especially good, rich cream for the colder months, when my skin needs that extra bit of hydration. It comes in a really cute glass jar with a rose gold screw on lid – I am still not a fan of jars for hygiene reasons, but it does look really great on my vanity and I think I’ll be able to re-purpose the jar after I finish the cream.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Day Cream and Night Cream in 1 Glow Lab Age Renew Soothing Day Cream is a day cream so rich I use it at night! This soothing day cresm claims to reduce redness, smooth lines and be safe for sensitive skin. In my experience it delivers on all of these claims. Full of natural botanticals, this is such a rich, moisturising experience I am sure I will repurchase this cream again. Packaged in a lovely glass jar with copper look screw top, Glow Lab have obviously thought about every detail from package to formulation. As many products for ypunger skin are not moisturising enough, the fact that my skin still felt moisture rich after 10 hours in a heated room says it all. I'm going to say it... this is the best day cream for sensitive skin I have ever used. I would highly recommend this cream. It has totally changed my mind about the quality of supermarket available natural skincare.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nourishing! I had the pleasure of being involved with the BH natural beauty (at home) trial team, big thanks to the brand and BH for getting to be involved. Firstly, the packaging is very luxe and is glass, which I really appreciate. My only critique when it's a jar is I always worry about outside contaminants like the air / hands etc (I do use a little spatula) so I do my best to not contaminate. Secondly, I like that it's not a very strong scent as I can sometimes be fussy with scents. My skin type for everyone is sensitive/dry and I am fair skin. Thirdly, although I didn't get a massive amount of time to try this I've been alternating every second day (just to ease in the item into my routine and have had 0 reactions and my skin is feeling a lot more moisturised). Fourtly, I find with daycreams one of the issues is when I feel very greasy/sweaty by the end of the day caused by the cream, but I didn't find that happened with this one, which was such a pleasant surprise. I am more conscious of my "shine" as I am working from home and have lots of video meetings and then I see my face shining like a disco ball (with certain brands). Overall, I am super pleased with the itema nd will definitely be continuing using it after this trial.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful day cream [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The glow lab age renew day cream is a cruelty free, vegan and natural moisturiser that can be used for all skin types. Even though it's a cream it does not feel heavy on my face and provides it with moisture without leaving any residue behind. I like to use it on my face and neck and I like that it keeps my skin hydrated all day. The product does not contain any sulphates, parabens, SLS/SES, mineral oil or silicones. The product can also be recycled. While I cannot comment on the anti ageing benefits I did find that my skin looked hydrated and more refreshed after using it. It's called a day cream but it can be used day or night and layered with other products including serums.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For moisturised skin As part of the BH natural beauty month trial team I was given the Glow Lab age renew soothing day cream to try out. The cream is said to help with moisture retention as well as smoothing fine lines and reducing redness. While it is a day cream it does not contain any SPF which I would recommend using in conjunction with the cream. What I like is what the product does not contain like parabens, sulphates, silicones, mineral oil or synthetic dyes. It is also not tested on animals and is 100% vegan and it is recyclable so it ticks a lot of boxes! The cream itself contains rosehip oil, sunflower seed oil, shea butter, vitamin E, coconut oil and licorice root. It also contains several ingredients that help with improving the skins barrier, protecting it from pollution and increasing skin renewal. While the expectations of this cream are high considering what it says it can help with, it's hard to tell for sure whether it accomplishes what it claims. What I can say is that it does help hydrate my skin, keeps it soft and doesn't feel greasy or heavy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing!! My new HG day cream! Wow, this is an amazing day cream that sits beautifully on your skin under foundation! It is lightweight and non-greasy. It did not make my skin oily or shiny and I absolutely love how it makes my skin feel - so smooth and soft. This will be my new day cream as I am in love with it! It is not too thick or thin in consistency and just melts into your skin. I also love the jar and it is very easy to dispense and it looks lovely in my bathroom cabinet. I experienced no breakouts with this cream either which was an added bonus! I also was really impressed with the product containing no parabens or sulphates and no other nasties! Also the product is not tested on animals which means a lot to me as I won't buy any more makeup/skincare tested on animals! I would definitely recommend this product for ladies with oily/combination skin as it does what it says and is actually priced quite reasonably. Will definitely repurchase.

Easy to apply after serum, it goes on smoothly and absorbs quickly, without leaving a residue. I'm using the day cream in conjunction with the night cream. I have normal/oily skin, and since using the creams for over a month, I haven't had any break outs or skin issues. My skin has been left soft and hydrated. Will continue to use. Natural ingredients are used, and doesn't contain sulphates, parabens or silicones

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super hydrating I received Glow Labs Age Renew Soothing Day Cream in the Natural Beauty Month Trial Box and I really liked this, it's thick but gets absorbed quickly into your skin and it left my face hydrated all day long. This soothing day cream comes in a a dark tub with a coppery rose gold lid and the cream is thick and white and smells slightly of essential oils. I used this cream in the morning after cleansing my face and I really enjoyed how it left my skin feeling soft and plump without sending my oily skin into overdrive. I found this cream to be very calming and it definitely soothed the red itching that I sometimes get around my nose. I loved that I could wear makeup over this product and it didn't seem to affect the coverage or longevity of my makeup. If you want a gorgeous natural day cream then definitely give this a go.

I have been trying this cream for a week and love the feel of it on my skin. It has a cooling effect and gives it a soft feel. It is quite thin consistency, light on my fingertips. I have some rosacea on my cheek area which it has reduced since using. The packaging is quite attractive and appealing. It is not tested on animals nor contain parabens. The scent is nice and fresh. My skin did not react to it or feel itchy whilst using it. I used the cream after cleansing every morning. I can see that some lines arent as severe and my face and neck are looking less red. It is in a good size jar and will last for 2 to 3 months. It has wonderful ingredients to renew your skin.

I note the product contains no parabens or synthetic dyes (nor a whole bunch of other nasties) which is a big plus for me. The Age Renew Soothing Day Cream is designed for sensitive skin but worked well on my mature skin as well. The texture is light, almost whipped. The cream is easy to apply and spreads nicely over the face, making it quick and easy to use. I used the product every morning during the trial and I found it to be particularly absorbent so I could start on my make-up very soon after applying the day cream. My skin feels soft and nourished and has a more even texture than was previously the case. Packaging is cardboard with no plastic outer cover so good for the environment. Glow Lab make some excellent natural products. I would recommend this one.

I love Glow Lab products so thanks to beauty heavens for giving me the opportunity to trial Glow lab age renew soothing day cream since their products are amazing and perfect for daily use. It comes packed in a white box which looks simple yet chic. The jar in which the product comes looks extremely luxurious and beautiful. It is vegan, dermatologically tested, cruelty free, nasties free and 100% natural. It is said to contain a powerful anti ageing ingredients which smooths the skin and improve skin natural barrier function in 7 days. It does have a distinct fragrance probably of the botanical extracts it contains. With last few days of use, I feel it is very light on the skin and it makes my skin soft and smooth. I mostly use it as a preventive measure and a proactive moisturiser for its anti ageing properties as I enter in my 30s and I need to maintain the softness and glow on my face and prevent it from wrinkles and fine lines. I do recommend to use it as you near your thirties to avoid those wrinkles and fine lines appearing on the face.

It’s packaged beautifully so makes a lovely gift, I love the heavy glass jar and it makes it easy to use just the right amount of product you need. It has a nice light fragrance and I love that it didn’t irritate my sensitive skin. It sinks straight into skin and glides over skin with ease. It feels light to wear, not at all heavy and does tho greasy. I hate oily moisturisers and this one is a winner. It leaves my skin soft and smooth and it’s full of goodies to nourish skin, including anti ageing properties to help with fine lines and protecting from free radicals. It’s also cruelty free which is important. Overall a great day cream I would highly recommend

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better as a night cream I’ve used a few Glow Lab products before and really liked them so I was keen to try this product out. I love all the features of the product such as no parabens, sulphates, silicones etc, and the inclusion of botanical extracts for the claims listed on the box. It comes in a nice box (which I do wonder if this is necessary) and the jar itself looks quite sophisticated with dark glass and a rose gold lid to match the colour theme of the label. I’m less of a fan of the jar though as it is less hygienic than alternatives and not as convenient to use. The cream itself is the perfect texture and feels really nice when applied to the skin. It has the lightest fragrance but I can’t really notice it nor pick what it is. I did find it sits on the skin for a few minutes before absorbing to need to make sure I rub it in well or wait a few minutes before applying any makeup. As the product does not contain SPF, I had to apply a sunscreen moisturiser over the top each day which added an extra step to my routine. I understand SPF is harder to include in a natural product but it is an essential requirement for me and one I look for in a day cream so for this reason the product doesn’t suit me for its intended purposes. I do think it will make a really great night cream though and may use it for this purpose instead. After using this product a few days, I can say I do like it but I haven’t noticed much difference in my skin. I wasn’t able to trial the product very long before the due date for this review, so at this stage I am unable to comment on the longer term impact on my skin but I will continue to use it in the hopes of seeing positive effects.

I'm 25, so I've started using anti aging products because I want to prevent some wrinkles. The age renew cream from Glow lab contains a multi functional blend of ingredients with multiEx rosanic which soothes, strengthens and protects the skin from damage which can cause aging and premature aging. I really love the jar it comes in it looks really classy on my dresser with its gold lid and black jar. It's made in new Zealand, dermatologically tested, cruelty free and vegan. I used this in the morning for a while and it has made my skin feel beautiful, I only wish it had spf in it, but I don't mind having to apply spf separate anyway. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good all-round face cream with lovely ingredients [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This soft, rich cream goes on smoothly and absorbs fast, with no greasy feel. Glow Lab is a New Zealand company, and their products tick all of my boxes: all female company (!), recycled and recyclable packaging, ethical supply chain, and all natural ingredients that are scientifically tested (on people and not animals!). The soothing day cream is gentle on skin and leaves it soft and moisturised, with a very light, fresh scent. There are lots of really nice sounding ingredients like Ginko, rosehip and shea butter (and some trademarked fancy sounding scientific ones too that I had to look up - they sound impressive though!). The dark, re-useable glass jar is thick and will keep product fresh and looks very attractive and substantial with its rose gold lid - something I feel happy to display in my bathroom, though I am not super keen on the application process, which requires fingers into the pot - not so hygienic. I always wash my hands first before applying and lift up product from the plastic inner lid, which will hopefully help keep out bacteria. All in all though this is a very nice feeling product that has a lot of skin benefits and feels very light and nice as a day cream. Those with oilier or combination skin could also use it for night as it doesn't contain sunscreen.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful Day Cream Thank you so much to Beauty Heaven and Glow Lab for the opportunity to trial the Glow Lab Age Renew Soothing Day Cream as part of Natural Beauty Month. The Glow Lab age renew soothing day cream comes in this round weighted jar with a bronze lid. The packing is so luxurious and it feels so beautiful sitting on my vanity. The cream inside has a subtle botanical scent that is fresh and a little goes along way. The texture is light, but rich makes your skin look healthy and deeply moisturized. It absorbs easily into skin and leaves skin looking healthy without the feeling of being greasy and heavy. It sits so beautifully below my makeup. As for smoothing the fine lines, I can’t say this early on if it has made any difference, but with further continued use, this may change. Great for sensitive skin types and those seeking anti-ageing moisturizers.

I usually apply the Glow lab soothing day cream right after i cleanse my face early in the morning, and as the name suggests it is truly soothing, giving your skin a surge of moisture immediately, skin feels rejuvenated and full of life all day long, when i started using this everyone complimented on how my skin looked alive, i also use as a primer and apply my foundation over it, i feel like it gives a protecting layer to my skin from the harsh chemicals from my make up.I also feel that my skin needs the moisture in this winter as the cold burns my skin, so this glow lab soothing day cream gives all the necessary moisture and protection my skin needs during the winter times. The cream of high consistency, so you only need to apply a little or else you tend to look too oily, although it absorbs in very well into the skin. The scent is amazing and as the cream itself is, the scent also gives you a soothing sensation.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Powerful hydrator! The Glow Lab Age Renew Soothing Day Cream really feels like a luxurious product. It comes in a heavy glass jar, which I love because I can reuse the packaging. The jar itself is slightly frosted with a goldish lid and looks very expensive on my dressing table. The scent of the product is slightly herbal but coconut-y, but I cannot quite pinpoint what it exactly smells like. The scent itself is very light and not offensive at all so even my sensitive skin did not have any issues with it. The texture of the cream is also very light but it feels rich when you massage it into the skin. I felt that this cream was powerful enough to hydrate my severely dry skin in winter so that was an added bonus for me. I also love that the product itself is environmentally friendly with no chemicals and mainly natural ingredients.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Smooth I absolutely love the packaging of the Glow Lab brand. Their rose gold and white labelling is appealing and one of the first things you look at when looking at a product is the cute packaging. The product has a cream milky scent to it. It comes in a glass jar and as a white cream-based moisturiser. I use about a 10c coin size and find that that is plenty for my face. It glides on so smoothly leaving my skin feeling instantly moisturised and hydrated. I find it light on the skin and easy to apply. I do feel like all moisturisers should come with a scoop rather than using your hands which would be a lot better in all moisturisers. It is a good everyday moisturiser for sensitive and dry skin without being too heavy or thick. It's great to wear on its own and used a primer before makeup.

However, I was pleasantly surprised as it is actually relatively light and absorbs well. The cream comes in a hefty glass jar. It's a cruelty free brand and although fragrance is noted in the ingredients list, it isn't overpowering. This day cream did not irritate my skin and left it feeling hydrated. It contains interesting ingredients such as sugar beet extract, centella asiatica extract, licorice root extract, artemisia montana leaf extract, blueberry fruit extract, ginko biloba leaf extract and rosehip fruit oil.

However, I was pleasantly surprised as it is actually relatively light and absorbs well. The packaging is absolutely lovely as it's a hefty glass jar. It's a cruelty free brand and although fragrance is noted in the ingredients list, it isn't overpowering. For a day cream though, it would be great if it contains SPF (bonus points if they have a day cream that contains physical SPF such as zinc oxide!). This day cream did not irritate my skin and left it feeling hydrated. It contains interesting ingredients such as sugar beet extract, centella asiatica extract, licorice root extract, artemisia montana leaf extract, blueberry fruit extract, ginko biloba leaf extract and rosehip fruit oil. I would definitely continue using this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pleascent scent and lightly hydrating The Age Renew Soothing Day Cream has an absolutely gorgeous scent which I highly enjoyed, as it wasn't too sweet or floral, but those who prefer an unscented product may not like it very much (although I loved it!) I have combination skin, and so this was a great mid-way moisturiser for me to apply in the morning - not too rich that it made my skin oily, but not so thin that it didn't hydrate my skin at all. My only complaint was that the cream came in a tub rather than with a pump, which is slightly unsanitary as bacteria gets into the unused cream. Overall, this cream was highly enjoyable to wear, it kept my face hydrated throughout the day, but wasn't so rich that it left an oily residue. It also wore really well under foundation and BB cream, and I would recommend it to anyone with combination skin.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for winter I received this day cream as part of BH Natural Beauty Month Trial Team - thanks BH and Glow Lab. I quite like this cream as it does what it claims, soothing and moisturising and good to use under makeup. The cream feels quite rich on my finger, but sinks in very nicely and quickly after a few tap. It doesn't leave any residue and doesn't make my skin feeling oily or heavy, which is really great to use under make up. It has a mild herbal scent that I like, and another good thing is that that smell doesn't linger long, so would suit those that are sensitive to scents. This product keeps my skin well hydrated all day. I can't comment on the anti ageing benefits just yet as I haven't used it for long enough. But overall, this is a nice moisturising day cream. Being a natural product, I think the only downside to this cream is that it doesn't contain any SPF, so make sure that you put on some sunscreen on top before putting on makeup.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Light, effective, soothing moisturiser The Glow Lab Age Renew Soothing Day Cream is a very light, almost gel-like day cream with a range of hydrating, anti-inflammatory and anti-aging ingredients. It comes in a beautiful, recyclable jar which feels very luxurious at the price point. The cream has a slight, fresh scent that is easily absorbs into the skin. A little goes a long way, and you can over-apply the cream and be left with a residue on the skin. It layers well with other skincare, under sunscreen or makeup. As the cream is very light, it is less hydrating than I would typically use in winter but could see it enter my rotation in summer. The anti-aging ingredients are quiet far down on the ingredient list, and the trial period was too short to test such claims. My skin did appear to be soothed by the cream and there was a slight reduction in overall redness. Glow Labs products are great, and the Age Renew Soothing Day Cream was no exception, working as an effective, light, moisturiser.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Smoothing I was very lucky to have been asked to participate in Beauty Heaven's Natural Beauty Month and receive this product along with a number of others to try. This product came in very elegant glass packaging containing 50 grams of product and looks very nice in any collection. It applies very easily and left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and smooth. I am very wary of any products with scents in them, especially those advertised for sensitive skin as they are known to cause irritations and sensitivities. It would be a little more forgivable if it was a nice scent, but it smells very strange and not pleasant. My skin definitely feel like it was retaining more moisture and felt very soothed and calm, I haven't used many products to make my skin that soft but unfortunately I don't think I will be swapping my regular moisturiser for this one purely as I don't want to risk further irritation with unnecessary fragrances.
